oh my goodness! how have i not realized that series stories were awesome - i was always scared of them for some reason, maybe they were intimidating or something. oh well. this chapter was incredible - what a great idea, and i love how you were able to make them still be just friends while slowly mixing in some romance to the plot. fantastic job, i love the way you had jim be so subtly romantic and pam was fantastic. great job!

wow, i love it.... cept, i totally can't french braid my hair. i tried for the life of me to do it on my dolls (i had dolls with really long hair), and it didn't work... i can barely do it normal braid... so, yeah, go jim! he made it somewhat work!

Oh, yes. Yes, indeed. :) A lovely glimpse.
Adored the chocolate painting scene, but if it happened in real life those brownies would never get made and Pam and Jim would wind up in a floury pile on the kitchen floor.
Nor do I believe Jim could keep his hands off Pam once he got them on her, but LORDY there is nothing more sensual than a man fooling with a woman's hair, unless it's a woman running her fingers through HIS hair.
"How does Angela do this by herself?" He shifts his hands to get a better grip. "Her cats must help her." Bwahahahah!!!!!
That night, she makes herself kitty ears and a tail.
The next morning, he smiles softly when he sees her hair is down.
Oh, you tease! I loved it. I didn't believe it, but I loved it.

I really like this fic! It's very in sync with the episodes and very character-like, not to mention well-written. The only thing that threw me off a bit was the Jim kissing Pam on the nose. I find it was a very intimate act, and it doesn't seem fair or realistic that it didn't help in the progression of their relationship much (that is if you consider this fic to correlate with the episodes) Then again, there were moments where Jim would give her really obvious stares and she was completely oblivious, or in denial. So something like this could have very well happened. Anyways, I really enjoyed this =)

Awe. Some. That was amazing! Jim and chocolate and his hands in her hair... *swoon*
I loved that it was Jim teaching Pam to make brownies instead of the other way around, and especially that he knew the recipe by heart. Now that's a perfect man, right there. And you snuck another lesson in there, with the one-handed egg-cracking!
The braiding, and his fingers on her scalp, was just... guh. There are no words to describe how sexy and perfect that was.
And I really loved their little funny comments, like Jim being popular with the kids and the moms, and Pam's "domestic goddess" ribbing. So perfectly in character.
Loved it so much! I hope there are many more "lessons" in the future.
