Another great chapter. It feels so real, which makes it all the more painful.

ignoring the bad taste settling in his mouth
Too bad he gave her her toothbrush back ;-)
It was really good, again, of course. I'm craving more, I need more, it's my drug to calm the JAMititis.

oooooooooo are they gonna get back together???
Author's Response: Stay tuned to find out ;) Thanks for reading!

Is that a glimmer of hope? You didn't say what broke them up?????
Author's Response: Answers will be revealed soon, I promise! Thanks for reading!

Oh, these are sad, but great, so far. I'm starting to get a little hope, especially from this last one, that the process of returning things will make them reconnect and bring them back together, but I accept that those hopes may get crushed and this is still an awesome fic, and feels very real.
Author's Response: Aww, I'm really glad you liked it :) Thanks for reading!

aw! iI'm glad things are getting better for our dynamic duo.
Author's Response: Still two more chapters left, plenty could happen! Thanks for reading!

Yay, some hope around the corner. Now I don't have to explain to people at work why I'm crying. (Uh, not that I ever do that.)
Author's Response: I think work is more concerned with you reading fanfic in the middle of the day ;) Thanks for reading!

I adored this. It's hard to explain why I would like them being broken up when I know they need to be together, but you're doing a wonderful job of creating a world that seems so realistic. It's so Jim, it's so Pam, it's so them even when they're hurting and not together.
Author's Response: Aww, thank you! That really means a lot! Thanks so much for reading :)

'Then it hits her that she now has to explain why she’s here and the only thought that comes to mind is Crap.'
Hee. And I think I, like everyone else, am anxiously awaiting some answers, yet this may not even be the type of fic that requires answers (and could even be diminished by having too much revealed). Am I being too esoteric? Very much so.
Author's Response: Stop leaving me reviews where I have to go find a dictionary. Hehe only kidding, thanks for reading :)

Wendy Blue, you sly devil. This isn't a breakup story at all is it? Rather, it's a reunion story. Should have known.
Author's Response: You think you have me all figured out, huh? There are still two more chapters, bub! Thanks for reading though :)

mmmm.. coffee and hashbrowns..
i love this story, even though it breaks my heart. you write heartache so well!
Author's Response: Aww thank you! I think...Glad you liked it!

Thank you! I like this one best. It makes me a little happier. Dare I hope?

So the first word that springs to mind while reading this chapter is "bittersweet." And I mean that in the best and truest sense of the word. You have so much going on here in such a short amount of space: the happy memories of the boxers (really, how much do I love "no ifs and or beets?") combined with the sadness of realizing that she just can't keep them; the dorkiness of Jim's awkwardness and the glory of Pam's embarrassment... it's just a lovely chapter.
And I'm sensing that things are getting better between them, so WOOT!
Author's Response: Thanks Mr. Mose! Feel free to use "no ifs ands or beets", only will cost you a nickel every time you do :) Thanks for everything!

Could the coffee be "coffee" and not just coffee? Please? For me?
Author's Response: You mean coffee like espresso? Latte? I don't know what you mean :) Thanks for reading!

I'm so sad! I'm ruined over this breakup, I tell ya. I'd sooner break up with my own boyfriend than see Jim and Pam break up!
Author's Response: Oh man, don't tell your boyfriend that! Hehe thanks for reading!

Heh.....good memories.
Author's Response: Thanks for reading!

this is more like it. i'd love to believe that even if they did break up, they could have a little of that Jam factor. also, Jim almost saying he got lucky made me laugh SO hard!
Author's Response: Hehe that was my favorite part to write :) Thanks for reading!

Just read the first two and was all sad (that end of a love affair feeling really comes through)...but the third one - do I get the impression the last thing they'll be returning to each other is themselves? (And could I possibly say that in a cheesier way?) Kind of hope so - I'm sappy that way.
Author's Response: Hehe there may be some sappiness headed toward them, then again I could be cruel. It's a mystery! Hehe thanks for reading!

Aww! I am such a cheeseball, reading this story hoping that they get back together before number five is done. But even if you don't choose to go that way, I will be reading, even if it breaks my heart. That was such a cute idea about the underwear!
Author's Response: Aww, thanks for sticking with it! Thanks for reading!

gah! this makes me so sad. i love it though. b/c it's still real, still them. will you ever answer the infamous ? of how they broke up?
Author's Response: I might, I might not ;) Stay tuned and thanks for reading!

I'm really enjoying this series. It's definitely nothing like we've all been reading since the beginning of the summer! :) But really, you do such a wonderful job conveying Jim and Pam's emotions as they struggle with trying to let the other one go.
Break ups are so horrible. Let's just hope none of this ever happens to Jim and Pam in "real life"! haha
I can't wait for your next chapter!
Author's Response: Thanks so much! Breakups are no fun but even these kids manage to make it fun to write. Thanks for reading!

Although John Travolta in drag is one of the best things to make you happy, this story is great. Making them get together in the end would make me even happier. <3
Author's Response: I take it that you've seen Hairspray! Or at least plan on seeing. Or at least seen previews. Either way, I'm glad you agree :) Thanks for reading!

They both seem so sad, I hope we learn what or who caused the break-up.
Author's Response: So much mystery, I know. Sorry about that. Thanks for sticking with it though!

"It's a little angsty, but give it a try :) " A little angsty? They're broken up! Seriously, I love these 5 things stories and this looks like it will be a good one. That was so sad that Pam was wondering what her Snapple must be thinking.

That's it? Two chapters? I was so hoping for more when I clicked on this story. Granted, I know there are still more to come, but I was hoping to read all of them at once (I probably should have looked a bit harder at the story description). Well done, and so gut wrenching. Part of me really wants this story to end happy, and another part can totally imagine the fifth installment as their final "farewell" as a couple. Whatever you do....it's going to hit me emotionally either way!
Author's Response: I actually did think about posting it all as one chapter, but the other parts are so much longer that it would have been quite lengthy. So I decided to break it up. Plus, it draws out the suspense. I'm cruel, I know :) Thanks so much for reading!
