Yay for more Mayer/Halpert fic! Ohhhhhh *Sigh* So great. I'm so glad you're getting motivated to write on this. I think I might get to working on 7 tonight *crosses fingers* I'm brain dead but trying to revive myself and this is doing the trick.
Oh and you've officially gotten me re-obessed with Mayer songs again. I finally got the Trio CD and it rocks :) Glad you recommended it to me. Definitely a good one.

Ha. Thanks for reading time and time again! As for the Mayer revival taking place....I totally went out and bought the Any Given Thursday CD (i only had a few of the songs off of Limewire) and it rocks. It's his live CD....amazing! You gotta love that John!
There will be more of this....I think the music inspires me to write faster.....:)

Yes, I ignored the end two. It was a really LONG song you know... insanely love. Like 10 minutes. And Pam will NEVER leave Jim. There will only be sunshine and happiness in their future. And I think I slightly remember the whole story about this song, but I may bug you for more details. Share the misery my friend.

And dude, JF said that to JG... totally awesome (yes I am reading your review). See, they are great together. Can I just move out to LA and be friends with all the office cast? They all seem like such amazingly nice people. It just reminds me that nearly a year ago The Office was just this stupid show my friend was bugging me to watch. Now look at it. There is no life outside of TO. Quite sad. But I tried it there. It didn't work.
Okay, again, onto the story.
*giggles* playing with JM sounds like fun.
So, yesterday my mom said that we were lucky we didn't get a ticket yet. (and we never did), but we certainly were driving way over the speed limit our entire vacation.
Yeah, my stupid mouth gets me in trouble ALL the time. Its strange, online I usually don't ever shut up, but in real life... I don't know, I think I generally never shut up either, but, my friends say I hardly talk. But I think my feeling is that whenever I open my mouth, something stupid comes out. So, yep. I understand that song.
Yeah, that song ties in so well with what their first date could be like. I choose to think of it as happiness and sunshine. But apparently, that isn't the case in real life (dammit)
I think you have a bit of extra italics near the end. :)
Oh Jim/John Mayer, we have too much in common with our stupid mouths.
I bounce my legs all the time. They take on a life of their own. And then everyone looks at me like I am a freak because it like, bounces the chairs or tables and stuff.
Yay for more stories/chapters. Get writing okay, or else I will have to do things like work. And I just don't enjoy that.

This was really, really beautiful! I just wanted to awwww all the way through it. :) I like it was "See you in the morning" that made her cry and realize he was all she would ever need, because I could totally see that being something very emotionally moving.

I have to admit that it isnt my best but it was something that needed to be posted (it finalizes it...you know). So, it was a good idea when I started but I'm hoping to make it a little bit better with the next few songs....I love him dearly...John and Jim...ahhh!!! Thanks for also taking a peek at SL. Really just the metal picture of Jim in bed did it for me, but other than that it was lovely. I love John Mayer, and this song. The whole Continuum album always seemed to me like it was written for the last part of 2nd season and the whole of 3rd. (Dreaming with a Broken heart always seemed like it was written for Jim). Anyway, use any Mayer song and I'll be sure to read.

Favorite Mayer songs: "Comfortable," "Love Song For No One," "Why Georgia," "Good Love Is On The Way," "Love Soon".... okay, wait, there's just too many! LOL I love everything off of "Continuum," and honestly can't say I have a favorite. John Mayer's amazing!
Anyway, to get on to the point of this review, I have to say that I really enjoyed this. Using those lyrics was a great idea. I love the reason that Pam was crying. You did a wonderful job writing from Jim's perspective, especially at this part: "He fell in love every time her saw her or felt her near. It was like he forgot when she wasn’t around but once she would return, he couldn’t resist falling head over heels every time." That part was written so simply (in a very good way!), and it sounds so appropriate for him. Brilliant job!
I look forward to more of these. Very creative and a fantastic use of Mayer lyrics! :) Keep up the beautiful work!
Song suggestions for another chapter: "Home Life" has always reminded me a bit of Jim, so I think it would be a fascinating look into Jim's mind. "Not Myself" would be a very interesting glimpse into Pam's thoughts about starting the relationship with Jim. No matter what songs you choose, I have faith that it will turn out well! :) I'm excited to see more of these from you!
