So glad to see you updated. I totally remember the jet lag from our trip so your story certainly rang true to me. This was sweet and made me miss both Hawaii and the show... a lot!
Author's Response:
Jetlag is very tiring. I would have loved a big romantic gesture between Jim and Pam when they arrived, but I wanted to keep it real. I also miss the show. This helps.
Thanks for reading and reviewing!

an update! yay! this chapter was so sweet! it makes me wish i was on a warm tropical island, not suffering through the dreary canadian winter. can't wait for more!
Author's Response:
It's great to hear from a fellow Canadian! It is a dreary winter, but no new Office makes it worse. Hopefully we can find some distraction here on MTT.
Thanks for your review!

So, those unforeseen circumstances of which you speak? Irritable bowel syndrome? An earthquake? Please, do elaborate. :) I love it. Keep updating! I need to read those vows!
Author's Response:
LOL!!! That's as smutty as I get in my fanfics!
Thanks so much for reading and dropping me a line. I'm working on those vows...soon.

Yes, the jet lag on the trip in is CRAZY! So glad you haven't forgotten about us. There is a serious need for Jim/Pam wedding and or baby fics. And January is an excellent time to picture an island elopement.
Author's Response:
Thanks for the review, lisa! I haven't forgotten about you. I just had a major case of writer's block/real life holiday funtivities disease. I'm getting the wheels to turn in my head about the ceremony!
Thanks for reading!

Beeswax, I finally had the chance to read this chapter and as always you did not disappoint. Great job with your research on Hawaii. Their experience feels very authentic. I can't wait to see what happens when Pam wakes up!

That is the most gorgeous room! And the resort, wow! Such a beautifully romantic spot for a wedding and honeymoon. Thanks to you and your Hawaiian advisor lisahoo for giving us a picture of Jim and Pam's paradise.
Author's Response:
Isn't it amazing?!?! I'd love to drop everything and go there right now!
Alas, it will have to be Jim and Pam that I live through vicariously.
Thanks for your review!

What a beautiful ring and sentiment that it be a symbol of their past. "I want you to think of two best friends who became more than that."
Author's Response:
The past is very important to Jim and Pam and I know there is a romantic hiding within Jim.
Thanks for reading!

Well worth the wait Bees. The setting you chose for the JAM marriage is stunning. Can't wait for them to wake up.
Author's Response:
I know, isn't that place amazing? I think I have to make it my life's goal to visit there someday. Dare to dream!
I also can't wait to wake up with Jim, uh, I mean, have Pam wake up with Jim. Stay tuned and thanks for your review.

Great how they really talked about the past and how they got to where they were. Another great chapter, nice job!
Author's Response:
Sorry I didn't respond sooner to your review! Jim and Pam do have quite the past together and I thought it needed to be explored.
Thanks for taking the time to read!

Awwww. I love how Jim is making the past a happy place that doesn't have to hurt for either one of them. Nice Job!

Oooh what a lovely ring! I am thrilled that you have updated this! I love the little re-proposal too. Great job!
Author's Response: Thank you Pamela Beesley. You'd better not get used to your last name, because you're going to be Pamela Halpert in a few chapters.

Hey Bees, you little sneak! You posted this and didn't tell JAM Therapy! I love it...it is so sweet and I really believed it was Jim and Pam...same with the rest of your chapters! So to you my fearless leader, I say good job! I can't wait for the wedding! Thanks for giving us this bit of JAM in this hot, dry, long summer!
Author's Response:
I know! I only had time to get the story up tonight. I'd better head over to Therapy and let the troops know.
I'm hoping to have these two kids married off by the season premiere.

I love the ring you (Jim) picked out. It is so simple and sweet. This story is like milk and cookies: sweet and comforting!
Author's Response:
Well, Jim did ask for my opinion, so I gave him a little help.
I'm glad you find my story so tasty!
Date: September 14, 2007 06:33 pm Title: So...I have something for you
YAY! Not only for the ring, but also for Jim in cargo shorts. Ahem.
Author's Response:
Yes, Jim in cargo shorts is very appealing. Especially when there's an engagement ring in those shorts!
Thanks for reviewing Jim's cargo shorts, uh, I mean, the story.

That Jim - he's a keeper. Very sweet Bees. That ring will look lovely on Pam's finger.
Author's Response:
Yes, I think we would all like to keep Jim!
Thanks for the review!

Big fluffy chapters are my favourite of all the chapters! Thanks Bees. Love that you used a prank from your real life in the story.
Author's Response:
Well, I have heard the saying "write what you know", so I went with it!
I'm glad you're enjoying the fluff and thanks for taking the time to review.

Way to dream big, Pam. Hawaii is amaaaaaazing. Just keep her off of Oahu -- 90% of the people who live in Hawaii live on that island. Maui, The Big Island, Kauai, all winners.
Bonus points for Elvis, BTW!!!
Author's Response:
Thanks for the advice! I'm reseaching places online. It feels like I'm planning my own wedding all over again!
Thanks for the review.
