Excellent use of Greek mythology. The creation of Venus is such a great one, very vivid.

Everything about this story was just spot-on, character wise. I loved Pam's use of the red M&M, came so fluidly and without thought. I loved the bubble fairy and cooking cranberries. It really just hit all the right notes. Beautifully written, wonderful style.

in the words of mr. andy bernard, "...nailed it." this was SO CHARMING. first of all, that first bit was absolute heaven and quite cannon-ish. the dialogue was spot-on. i like that you don't over-write, does that make sense? some folks over-do it, but you write with such grace and ease, it looks effortless (although i know that of course it's not). and you get bonus points for jewish!jim. i truly believe it's the only way to go :) (expect a yom kippur-themed fic this fall). also, this made me laugh out loud: "It’s like a deformed radioactive pig and a piece of rubber had offspring and they canned it for meat.” like, we're talking genius here. great. jim saving pam from winter. there is so much in here that i like...

a tiny dundie for bebitched for the "While We Were Out". Every little morsel was sweet and delectable.
There’s something about seeing their belongings casually flung together from the ordinary jostle of life as a couple that tweaks a funny feeling in his gut. Because he’d imagined it for so many years, the just being with her in the most everyday way, yet it still had snuck up on him.
That's my favorite part. No, I couldn't edit it down. It was too wonderful. Oh, that and the bubbles.

This was so lovely! Just the right amount of fluff to get us through the cold nights until April 10th. I loved so many little moments in this piece that paint the picture of their life together. It's utterly believable and so charming and sweet. You did a really marvelous job! I particularly enjoyed the grocery shopping scene and Jim's gift of tiny bubbles. :-)
Oh, and your description of spam was absolutely spot on. BLECH.

*sigh* just so perfect. Stories like this mess with my head, and when I watch the show I start thinking they were part of real episodes, It confuses me. But don't worry, it's an okay kind of confusion.
Also, I thought it was very interesting that you made Jim jewish...(that was your intention right? I hope I wasn't reading wrong) I don't think i've seen that done before. Way to step outside of the box :o)
