You are brilliant - every time I read your stuff, I get almost despondent and think, "I'm never writing again, because seriously...."  (I'm not kidding about that!) Really, though, I love this.  Oh, and your videos???? MY GOD WOMAN, you are to blame for so many wasted hours of mine.  "Love Will Come Through" is heartbreaking.  My husband watched it - fully prepared to be skeptical - and when it was over, he said, "I don't know why NBC didn't just run that. Wow."

this was fantastic--loved the preface at the beginning to differentiate roy & jim in pam's mind. and i could really hear them saying the dialogue in my head--it felt so, so right and you could really feel the pain in that moment where jim finds out about roy.

How could I not love a story based on the most heartbreaking deleted scene ever! You did a great job rounding it out and giving us glimpses of the early days of JAM.

Also, the "nice teeth" was a nice touch; it added some levity to the bittersweet beginning of Pam's and Jim's relationship.

This was very sweet and sad all at the same time, because of sad spoiler.

And than I just say that that deleted scene fucking tore my heart out and tap-danced on it? I had to pause it and go cry, seriously. Oh, god, Jim. Both the best and the worst first date ever? Seriously? Crushed me.
