Guh. You're killing me! Despite Company Picnic, I'm so glad you posted this yanana. I like your take. I was sitting on the edge of my proverbial seat :) This broke my heart a little: "Pam," he said, half-pleadingly, "we're good. I feel really good about this, you do, too, right?" So good.
Author's Response: That makes me feel better, because I so didn't to be the post-CP buzzkill! Thanks for the review, I always look forward to yours. =)

Oh! You are evil! I hope you get the next chapter posted quickly so we can find out if it's positive or negative. Wonderfully written chapter.
Author's Response: Please, me, evil? I need some Cardiac Care on my life, stat! ;) Cheesy... The next chapter should be up soon. Thanks for the review!

LOL. Is that supposed to be up for interpretation? If so...I'm going with "yes" meaning PREGNANT. ;-) Because that's what I want for them...whether it makes sense or not. haha! Thanks so much for this story. It was GREAT. I thought your Jim and Pam here were totally and completely realistic.
Author's Response: You & your review will have a cameo in the a/n of the next chapter, LoveFool! Thanks for the nice review. =)

oh, cliffhanger (:
Author's Response: Ooh, where?! ;)
Date: May 25, 2009 01:54 pm Title: Chapter 3
Oh my... I know I don't know you, so this may be out of line, but that was so evil! I mean, I would totally do it myself, but still... evil!
I am really enjoying this story. I think you've done an excellent job getting in the character's heads and portraying their relationship in a very believable way. I figure whatever the results of the test are, they will be dealing with repurcussions afterwards (admittedly, one result will have longer lasting repurcussions than the other). So thank you, for sharing this wonderful story and please continue it soon!
Author's Response: Ah, repercussions there will be indeed! ;) Thanks for the review. =)

That was seriously so great!!! Pam finds it so hard to open up sometimes and you showed that brilliantly. Loving this!!!
Author's Response: Thanks =)

LMAO at thinking you'd lose any of us at the end - darling you have a lot to learn lol. This my friend was amaziiiiiiiing! I love your style, I really do. It's so fun to read and you write Jim and Pam perfectly.
To sum it up, I love it, I love Jim and Pam and I love you ;)
Author's Response: Thanks for such a kind review. You guys are never hard on my ego. I just hope this story doesn't get too predictable, you all can be the judge.

Nodded yes, or nodded no? NODDED YES OR NODDED NO?!!?!?! Holy cliffhanger, Yanana!

Author's Response: I had a response for this, but I'll save it for the a/n of my next chapter. Haha. Glad you're enjoying & thanks for the review!

Sweetheart, you have got to be kidding, right? Lose me with the ending?! This was so beautifully written and wonderfully romantic and passionate throughout. The ending has me even more excited. Really. I'm going to read it again right now.
More soon, please oh please?!
Author's Response: Thanks for the review! =) I should be done with chapter three soooooon.

Yeah, around the first "I love you" I kind of went ". . . oh, okay. Um. Uh oh." But you're not losing me yet. This chapter actually kind of melted my heart. I want Jim to take me to Paris, sigh.
So now the question is . . . is it Jim's? I think there's still a possibility here that it's Roy's, she'd be ABOUT two and a half/three months if so, right? Yikes.
Author's Response: If Jim Halpert and I went to Paris, neither of us would be coming back. One willingly, one not so much, but still. ;)

Ok, I just have to tell you that I think this might be the most...plausible, if that's the right word - explanation for how FNB really came to fruition. All the little changes that Pam made on the show that were obvious...her hair, her clothes...all "coincidentally" because she was in love. There's a line you have here as he's explaining all the places he wants to take her. She says something like "You're going to be so good to me."...As soon as I read it I was like YES, good to you and for you, Pam. Honestly, what a revelation this chapter was.
And this: But he wouldn't let go of her long enough to undress. He didn't think they would get to that point so soon, and he wanted to remember touching her innocently...
Just wow. I adore this. Make haste, lady. :-)
Author's Response: I really love the idea that being in love finally nudged all of FNB into place. I'm glad that on the show Pam was just getting her confidence up, being more honest and everything, and that she was going to be okay without Jim and he shows up at the last minute. "Everything's going to be totally--" "Pam?" I love it! Thanks for the review. =)
Date: May 10, 2009 06:30 pm Title: Chapter 2
Oh wow, I didn't see that coming. /Pam I'm very curious to see how they'll react to this, this early in the relationship. Oh, and this was especially lovely:
She shrugged, tightening her grip on him. "You're going to be so good to me, aren't you?"
He scrunched his face up a bit, staring at her in wonder until she was smiling back at him.
"I don't know what I did to deserve you --"
Author's Response: Haha, I'm glad you didn't see it coming! Thanks for the review. =)
Date: May 10, 2009 06:15 pm Title: Chapter 2
No, please dont think people will consider it "one of those" because I am highly curious to see where you go with this.
And even if there WAS a storyline like this out there (im not sure honestly) not everyone has the same EXACT storyline to it so Id love to see how this plays out.
So with that said, happy writing! And bravo :D
Author's Response: Thanks for the review & the encouragement. =) Hopefully I can get this story out like I want to. =)

I literally just sighed all big and contentedly. That was beautiful and amazing and just breathtaking.
Author's Response: Thanks for reading. =)

Wonderful job, can't wait until the next chapter. Love the bare feet and this nearly killed me:
When her fingers went to the buttons on his shirt, he traced her collarbone with his finger. He ran his finger slowly across the bone, until it met the edge of her shirt and the strap on her bra, pushing them both aside to make room for his lips.
Author's Response: I refuse to believe that after awkwardness and a little clumsiness, Jim is anything but relatively smooth when it comes to these arts. I just can't think he's anything else, even if he's goofy and funny here and there. Thanks for the review. =)

Great work, yanana. Please update soon. I don't think I could ever tire of reading first date fics -- I think it should be a fanfic genre in and of itself! I think it's very genuine whenever they admit to each other that they're nervous/scared/excited for their new relationship -- I don't think it was as smooth sailing as a lot of people make out to be. There had to have been some awkward moments in there, too.
Author's Response: First date fics are definitely my favorite. A close second is anything with Jim and Pam and babies, but since we aren't near that on the show, it's not the same. We didn't get to see the first date, so it's nice we have a million fanfic writers coming up with it for us! I agree it had to be awkward and adorable and nerve-wrecking. Thanks for the review. =)

Oh this is blissfully romantic. I love the time you took with this chapter, things didn't feel rushed at all. You just let them savor one another and threw in that little bit of tension with him leaving...ugh, loved it. Can't wait for the next.
Author's Response: I'm glad it didn't feel rushed, thanks for saying that! That is always, always one of the hardest things to do, because when you're typing out a chapter, of course it doesn't feel rushed to you when it takes you hours to write it... Even with my read-through before I post it, I read it too fast so who knows. But, anyway, yeah glad you said that, haha. Thanks for the review. =)

Hey, yanana!
This is yummy! I can't wait for the next part...you're gonna post soon, right?! :)
Author's Response: Thanks for the review. I'm sitting down to finish it as we speak. I should be holding out until you update On London Time (which I read altogether the other day before work, was almost late!). But I won't. But still. ;)
