Oh, man. I really would have loved to see more of Jim and Pam's reactions to the parallels between them and Dwangela.
It's really remarkable how much this fic shaped my takes on Season 5.

This is great all around, but you really did wonderful work finding the human side of the Andy caricature and giving depth to Oscar.

Perfect line is perfect.

This is PERFECT. Diabolical Ryan playing mind games with Kelly to get his revenge on Jim, and this is really excellent Kelly voice as always. (And I'm tickled at the nod to your Kelly/Toby fic here. HE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER FOR YOU, KELLY.)

This is just unfathomably good writing - well constructed and making good thematic use of interesting structural choices and wildly sweet and exactly the button this episode needed.

Hah. You can't fool me--I know what movie that's from! And it made me giggle.

S^&*, woman, you had me giggling at the summary for this: Dwight plots to save Angela from an inferior gene pool.
Dwight's self-assessment of his top qualities was hysterical (the sort of marksmanship that deer tell their children about at night to keep them in line). His knowing that Angela will prefer plain, faded flowers -- genius. And kudos for remembering the wedding graves.
And you perfectly captured their devious/deviant relationship:
They've been speaking in code and innuendo for so long now that it's impossible to miss her meaning.
Heh.

Roy had spent half their wedding money on the down payment for his truck.
Jim bought a house.
Yeah. Says everything we need to know about those two men, right there. :)
This has to be the worst dirty-talk in the history of sex,” she giggled
Lovely, innocent Pam. :D Can't be nasty even when she tries. Love this.

It isn't love as much as belonging that he wants.
Nobody can make us weep like a sad buffoon. :(
I also appreciate that you make Michael look like a grownup when he decides to tell David Wallace the truth. Or at least the truth as Michael sees it. And then this heartbreaker:
He loves her and he knows she loves him. They just didn't get the timing right but maybe they will someday.
Talk about shades of S1!

A-maaaaaazing how well you've caught Kelly here. She's so superficial and yet...not. And you make me feel sorry for her, there at the end when she cannot say no to Ryan, who is SO BAD FOR HER.
*applause*

The "business closings" made me giggle like the twelve year old I am.
You know what really offends me? Your sleeves, rolled up like that all the time. What are you, butchering a chicken?

I'm always down for a Jim/Pam phone convo, and I really enjoyed this one.
And "So... what are you wearing?" is just as sexy now as it would have been in Season One. :)
However, there IS a small and wicked corner of me that wanted Jim to try on some of Pam's undies. After all, if she can feel sexy and confident in baggy boxers, what would Jim feel like in black lace? :D

"Jim is rapping on the glass and miming hanging up the phone. Michael gets up and closes the blinds. Jim clearly has no respect for his privacy"
This.
Now I have to go explain to my co-workers why I was guffawing. Yes, I said guffawing. I can just see this happening. Absolutely I can.
Also: How do you feel about mud wrestling?
LOLOL

God, I'd forgotten how In Sync Holly and Michael were. For one tiny moment, Michael was sympathetic and lovable.
