Oh this is good. I find myself really wanting a full AU in this world, where Pam continues thinking about this lesson and maybe goes dancing with Jim later. Because this was romantic and understated and lovely.

I just found this, and I loved it. Sweet, funny, angsty and sexy, all at once.
And this:
An hour. Minimum.
“I’ll do it.” He says.
Season 2 Love'sBitch!Jim perfectly summed up. Well done!
Author's Response: Thank you! It's always so awesome to get a review on an old story, because I'm convinced that nobody still reads them! I'm glad you liked it.

Mmmmm, Pixel. Read this before, will read it again and again. And it's even more aching now that we know how the tale is progressing. Jim just can't be a substitute anymore.

I've reviewed this before, but somehow it means more now that we know the depth of the pain she can inflict on him. It's beautiful in a painful sort of way. Great to see it again!
Author's Response: Thanks so much! Like I said, I really didn't expect any reviews since it's a new story, but it's SO nice to see that people like it enough to reread!
Author's Response: Oops, I meant to say since it's NOT a new story. My bad.

I enjoyed it then, I enjoyed it now but I especially enjoyed your author's comment - "Just finally had the time to get it back up" because, TWSS! (sorry - I couldn't resist.)
Author's Response: When I wrote that, I knew someone would TWSS me. Thanks for not disappointing! :)

wow that was some dance lesson. When will Pam see what she could have though?
Author's Response: Not soon enough, eh? She can't even see that she's killing him when she asks him for favors!

Ooh, nice! The tension and heat in that dance room was palpable - I almost wanted to smack that Sara for breaking it up. And that's so like them - to share such an intense moment and then move on without really acknowledging it.
Author's Response: Thank you! I wanted to smack that interfering Sara too!

This story has the perfect level of tension in it. I like the line "A good partner can help you through it.” It goes beyond dance, and is the crux of it all. Jim is there for Pam, while Roy isn't always.
Author's Response: Thanks Gen! I was hoping someone would notice that part.

Ooo yay Rumba!!!! Loved it then - love it now. Poor, poor Jim.
Author's Response: Thanks for sending a little review note to my email. Hee. I really wasn't expecting any new reviews since most people have seen this one!

You really captured how Jim would do anything for Pam, despite how oblivious she can be re: his feelings...the very heart of the JAM ache. When they danced it was so sexy and sweet and sad. Could just see Jim looking soulfully down at her a la Booze Cruise. Painful yet wonderful!
Author's Response: This means a lot, coming from you, because I think your stuff is amazing. Thank you!

I loved this when I read it in ff.net, and I still do. It's so heartbreakingly close to boiling point, just like the whole second half of S2 was.
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you still enjoy it!
