Welcome! What a sweet little vignette. I can just see Pam standing in that doorway and Jim with his back to her, swaying slowly. JK has such a beautiful speaking voice that I always imagined Jim as being able to sing nicely, but I'll go with this!
First time through I missed the "He was in love. Again." because it was right on top of the End Notes. You might want to edit the post and add a couple of returns there to break it up.
I like it. Be brave – write some more!

And actually I was trying to figure out how to get a space in between that last sentence and the end note because I noticed that it wasn't too visible...but I can't get it to work. I'll keep trying. And I agree with the singing voice thing but I think if he can't sing but he's trying to, it makes it that much cuter. :)

Congrats on your first fic, this site has so much talent, and it looks like you'll fit right in! I could "see" this story happening as I read, it's so perfectly in character. And the thought of watching Jim swaying with his little girl? Very special :) A great piece, welcome to the club!

Oh my goodness, that was so adorable! Why oh why would you think this WORK OF AWESOMENESS (kind of like something Barney Stinson would say on How I Met Your Mother...) is stupid! I love this little ficette. Very nicely done.
I hope you feel welcomed into this writing world, it took me a while to feel comfortable posting things, but now (whenever I have time and the right inspiration, hehe) I like to get writing! Fantastic first story, and I look forward to seeing what you come up with next!
