For some reason my first review of this chapter didn't show up completely. Hmmph! Anyways ultimately what I was trying to say is the last part, where he's imagining what it would be like to have dinner at home with Pam is perfect, and I could see that happening to him in both Scranton and Stamford. Good stuff!
Author's Response: Thank you so much. That means a lot! :-)

Lots happening in this chapter, I really love having Pam's perspective. Getting a glimpse of how she and Roy were and what they had in common, and how she feels more for Jim than she did for Roy, but questions it... That's really spot on characterization for me. Can't wait to read more of these!
Author's Response: I've always felt really connected to Pam, so I'm glad that characterization worked out! Thank you! :D

It does make you wonder. She needs to wonder on over to his house and watch a movie or something. Be close, ya know? More, more, more, please?
Author's Response: Thank you, Andastainonmyshirt! Your reviews are so kind. :)

Yay! Another update, please bring us some post Roy attentiveness!
Author's Response: haha well, attentiveness isn't really Roy's strong point. Poor guy. He tries. ;) ;) Thanks for reviewing, mah dear. :)

Please, please continue with this story! It always worries me when an author says they don't know where they're going with a story, since they might not finish. I'm enjoying this very much :)
It's a little thing, but my favorite parts are the tag lines and how the problem at the end of the chapter flow with what was written. Well done!
Author's Response: Thank you. It's just a very random story haha :)

Funny and sweet in one chapter- ahh, like the old days of the Office.
Jim trying to take the focus off Pam, knowing Dwight is a suck up and will do anything for Michael.
I'm sure Pam's heart went pitter-patter when she saw the flower :)
Author's Response: Thank you! I like writing those days. I'm still a season 2 gal at heart. :)

I'm really interested to see where this is going. I felt like I was there with Jim in some of these scenes.
Author's Response: Thanks!!

This is so good, oneleaf! I reread the last chapter and the rose still makes me swoon. (Too bad JKras is married now. Darn.) Anyways, this is just lovely and heart wrenching at the same time. Keep going!
Author's Response: Aw, thank you. IKR? *sigh*

""Pam, we don't have to tell each other everything, okay?" he'd say, disgusted at the topic."
Definitely sounds like something Roy would have said. Great job with the S2 angst.
Author's Response: Thanks so much! I really appreciate that.

"Yoga," Michael explained, "is Buddha for peace."... "Buddha is all of our countries."
Oh, how very Michael!
Author's Response: LOL Yay! I'm glad someone else thought that was funny.

Author's Response: Thanks! It's going to be a mixture, so there will be some of that. I thought about mentioning it up front, but I guess I like to be mysterious. :P

oh my goodness, that was sweet. i can see where some frustration (on pam's side) came into play, yet jim's offering is just perfect. i want a rose from jim!!! keep going, i want to see more lovely jim! (sorry, am i focused a little too much on this single element of your story? i don't mean to be, jim is just so sweet!)
Author's Response: Thanks so much! I want a rose from Jim too :)

That was SO amazing. I love how you wrote this, the way poor Jim is strugling to watch Pam be with Roy through stuff like that - how he'd be different etc.
Can't wait to read more!!
Author's Response: Thank you!! :)

LOL at the Buddha being being a country! I nearly spit out my drink. And aw, Jim is just the sweetest.
