The ending with the bath talk was spot on!

How sweet is this! (I have a feeling I’m going to be repeating myself a little with these reviews but that’s ok). Closure is the best, and probably the main reason we have fanfic haha. Great chapter.

Okay, I love this. I always kinda liked Karen, and felt bad that she got such a bad rap towards the end. This is a wonderful take on her!

I was so happy to see a new chapter of one of my favorite stories!!! And this one was especially great! I love how Pam runs into Cathy after seeing the doc and can finally express how she felt all the while understanding a little bit about what Cathy was feeling. Jim with the kids was adorable! I'd love to see more encounters like this in the future! Thanks for sharing :)
Author's Response: I had to write Pam interacting with Cathy. I felt that Pam needed to come out on top there. Cathy needed to be put back in her place, right? Writing the kids are my favorite part, I'm glad you thought it was adorable! Thanks so much for reading and reviewing.

Psh, Cathy, you SHOULD be sorry! haha
I really liked this, but I have to say that I loved the descriptions of Jim interacting with the kids the most. A giggling Philip and a twirling Cece couldn't get any more adorable. And this part summed everything up perfectly: “I’m not mad at you. Not anymore. But just know that you wanted to break that,” she says gesturing towards Jim, who is loading two giggling kids into the grocery cart.
Thank you for this :)
Author's Response: Thanks for reviewing! Any chance I get to write a Jim with the kids I take it! I love reading and writing Halpert family togetherness! I'm so happy you liked it!

So glad you added to this wonderful story and hope you write more characters, as suggested. You are giving us a peek into Jim and Pam's family life as they run in to old acquaintances. Your characterizations are spot on! Thank you!
Author's Response: Thank you so much for reading and reviewing! After what happened with Cathy, i had to write Pam meeting her. I'm glad you like it!

Great chapter! I like your take on each of the characters here, though I think Roy's mom's chapter may have been my favorite thus far.

Absolutely adoring this series. Love all the characterization.
As far as suggestions, other than what you've already written, the only name that came to mind would be Mark, maybe? Or even a chapter with one of Jim's brothers or something, since they always create conflict, maybe a chapter of sthem seeing Jim in a different light? As already been suggested, I definitely think David Wallace would be a great idea.

This was SO good. I was hoping we'd meet Alex again. I love how you write Jim interacting with Cece, you actually make my heart melt. But you seriously write everyone so well, and it's just so.... real. I get happpy when you update
Maybe they could bump in to Mark, who he stopped talking to (seeing as he wasn't at the wedding ;))
You = awesomeeee

I love Jim's reaction when he realizes who Alex is. Lovelovelove. I'm going to assume "trying to solve a mathematical problem in his head" equates to "trying to calm down so he doesn't punch Alex in the face for trying to steal him woman".
I'm totally loving this story - I really hope you keep going with these!! :)

I may or may not have but definitely did give a little whoop when I saw this was up. Nicely done - you were sympathetic to Alex - which I suppose he deserves. I love the "she's so--great" callback, and this line is a gem: "who can compete with a guy who calls Michelangelo’s Cittadellarte the one with all the chairs, but still come to an art show anyways?" Thanks for doing Alex!

This was great! Definately spot on with both Jim and Alex. I say a Charles Minor story next! ;)

I'm so glad you did Alex! Well done! I thought you were spot on with Jim.

I adore the way you write Cece - your characterization of her is my favorite. I think this chapter is also my favorite of this series. It's so heart warming and sweet and I loved seeing, of all people, the mother of Pam's ex's perspective of Jim and Cece. I really could see this happening in my head, your description is great. I wish I had a suggestion for another person for them to meet right now. If anything does strike me I'll send it your way. This is great, and I hope you have another update soon!

This was a great update. I loved that Pam had a nice relationship with Roy's mom. I would love any character you have them run into.

I just read the rest of the reviews: I totally agree, Alex and David Wallace would be great! Both have some background insight on the characters, Alex on Pam, David Wallace on Jim. That would be fun to read!

I think I liked this one best. I can't really place why, though. Maybe because the other ones were expected, and Joanne is one of the characters that we never met, never saw with either Pam or Jim before, and so the connection between them is really fresh and can be played with a little. I loved the way you wrote the interactions between them. Pam seemed so much younger, almost like Joanne was still a potential mother-in-law, because, in a way, Joanne was a mother figure for her for some time, and watched her/mentored her as she grew up. Great chapter and what a lovely character. Great dialogue, too. And I loved Joanne's inner thinking as she saw Pam and Jim interact by the car - that was so sweet!
Other characters... hmm... maybe a college girlfriend of Jim's? But that seems kind of predictable. And old teacher of either Jim or Pam's? Maybe Pam's art teacher who saw Pam with Roy, I'd imagine. I look forward to what you come up with, keep this story going, it's such a fresh, creative idea!

Oh, and yes, David Wallace! Could be fun and sweet to see him finally understanding what was the deal with Jim's interview :)

I really like this series! My favorite is probably Karen's chapter, I think you got her well and I think if they were to meet up in the show, they would be able to talk about what happened without any angst or anger :)
As for the suggestions, I'd like to see something with Mark - maybe because he's not mentionned in the show anymore, so it's hard to know if Jim kept in touch with him.
Anyways, I really enjoyed reading this, and probably will come back to reread some chapters again :)

Ooh, Jazzfan had a great idea, too! Alex would be a great one, too! I always though he had a thing for her. Maybe he could run into Jim first, then Pam comes in. I'd like to hear about him! :)

I love this story I'm glad you decided to continue and plan on writing even more. I love outsiders points of view. Not sure who else you could write about, but maybe it could be from when they first stated dating, you could write from the POV of one of Jim's friends (most would choose Mark,) but a friend who knew how much he felt for Pam and how she broke his heart? Maybe you'll pick up better ideas from others!

Great, not awkward at all, in fact really sweet. Cece hitting Roy's leg with her foot was really cute. Thanks so much for sharing this with us.
