I really like the idea of Pam finding the card under different circumstances, and this is definitely a time when it would've been a huge difference maker. I'm glad you decided to explore that scenario.
The detail of the "Pam drawer" was well-crafted, and I'm glad you let Pam make the obvious recognition that its creation post-Stamford was meaningful.
Are you still planning on doing a Karen chapter at some point?

I like this idea. If you wanted to do Karen finding it, you might consider even going on to others: Dwight and Michael seem like potent choices as well.

I love how it starts with the drudgery of a day in the office, and quickly escalates into emotional turmoil and tension. Pam's brazenness and bravery in your telling of this chapter are extraordinary, and quite amazing. I really look forward to seeing where you go from here.

I love this concept so very much! Having Pam find the teapot card in Season 3 is such a great catalyst for her revealing her feelings to Jim. I’m really intrigued to see what you do with your Karen chapter too.
Author's Response: Thanks for the generous feedback, I am excited to do the Karen chapter also. Mostly, because I have never written in her POV.

'After all I love him, I would never do anything to hurt him.' Uh-oh, so many terrible things started with that phrase... but I'm excited that in this case, it all played out so great! I like your concept and very curious to see the next part :)
Thank you!
Author's Response: Thanks for reading it and enjoying it!

Ok so first off, I love this premise. All through S3 it seemed they just needed one good kick in the pants, one more moment of crazy insane courage and they'd finally get it through their heads that they belong together. We finally got there after Pam's coal walk, but it's always fun to envision where else something like that could have happened. This is no different.
I get why Jim is angry when Pam shows her hand there in the coffee shop. It's a private area and she's just kinda barged right into it. However she's right. If he'd truly moved on from her he wouldn't have kept all that stuff. ESPECIALLY after coming back. So great job in getting that moment of surprise right.
I really love that we're just really jumping into this one. Pam finds the note, which was super cute by the way, gathers her courage, doesn't take no for an answer, and hangs onto that courage even after Jim's reaction. Fancy New Beesly indeed!
Then that final tidbit at the end with them kissing over the table. Lovely.
Of course there's still Karen to deal with. It should be really interesting to see where this all leads. Can't wait for more.
Author's Response: Thank you so much for enjoying it! I am excited for Karen too.
