Really liked your explanation of why Pam/Jim might not have worked out--I could see this scenario playing out if they had gotten together right after Casino Night. Hopefully, now that Pam is taking art classes and figuring herself out a bit, they can avoid a painful fizzle-out.
Loved reading a story where all's not perfect for Pam & Jim. Thanks for writing it :)

I don't know what's more distressing - that Jim and Pam don't work out, or that Pam is still looking for answers after changing her life so dramatically. She doesn't like Roy, Jim, or Karen... I wonder if she'll ever find "it". Nicely angsty piece!
