Also, Michael? You've got his character down, in the unTWSS way. I can't wait to see Traveling Salesmen - and if you manage to get the brand new scenes in, I may possible love you forever.
Not that I don't love you already, considering this is an awesome, lovely, brilliant, amazing story, but still.

Actually, the brand new scenes are partially what helped me get over my extreme writer's block with regards to this story...so I hope that you'll be pleased with the next update. ;)

I think you should know some of this prose is so beautiful it breaks my heart -and this one? she cried because the wrong person finds her just - wow. The scene on its own was a stomach blow, but this just made it even more potent. I loved this one, Bennie - brilliant.

I was so happy to see you'd updated this...have missed it! I didn't think I could love Toby more, then I read that last one. And this one - really funny, and captures that thing Michael has with Jim - for all Michael's obtuseness, he someohw gets it. Looking forward to more.

And let me just reiterate how much I love this story. I feel like s3 has shown a lot of Pam's side of the story- the hard time she's having with the JAM thing- and not enough about Jim's and all his conflicting emotions and desires. This fic is a perfect balance of both.
Author's Response: Thanks! When I started this back forever ago, it was out of my desire to try to see how Jim was dealing with everything, since all we've been seeing on the show is Pam. Not that I don't love Pam, but I love balance even more. :)

I somehow managed to miss this when it was posted and updated in the past, so I'm glad you updated recently! I read them all so far in one sitting, and I love this version of past events. It's really nice to have Pam and Toby able to confide in each other, without any of the weird sexual tension they could potentially have. I also think you've done a great job with the conflicting feelings in Jim, Pam, and Karen, and while you haven't had much Michael so far, what you've shown of him has been pitch perfect!
And now I have lots of new songs to download too! :)
