oh NO!  There's no one left!  Is it going to be just Jim and Pam and Michael?  Glad to have another update - can't wait for more!

Wow!  So good!

I love all the emails; you put in such great details. Karen's reminds me of a deleted scene from The Coup - Jim has finally managed to kill Karen in Call of Duty, but it's because Karen's away from her desk; she and Jan are having a quiet chat a few feet away.  I definitely get the idea that Karen was pegged as a woman "who could be a valuable addition to our Corporate life" in one of those women in the workplace seminars.  Anyway, lots of great detail on those emails.

Great callback to Mutie the Mailman.

Am I the only one to think that Phyllis and Bob Vance VR will be doing something other than decorating the office?  And that whorish green (um, I mean Hunter Green) being mentioned is significant?

And awww - you made me feel sad for Dwight.

Here's another way to kill Karen:  a Twilight Zone/Outer Limits kind of thing.  People killed via Call of Duty really die.  Karen's gonna have to be away from her desk to get it to work though.  Maybe someone can lure her away with shiny candy.  Or shiny condoms.  Just not Jim.

Author's Response: Okay this entire review is too wonderful and I dont' know which one to respond to first. So I won't. I'll just print it up and frame it! LOVE IT! Can't wait for the next review!!!! More, more, more!!!

Welcome back to Girly-Girl, Muggins.  I guess you and your sister must have come to an agreement (cage match style...).

I loved all of Michael's messages, and Creed sleeping on the couch (but Pam doesn't know he lives there half the time!).  Kevin, of course, with Staaaacy in the background.  And Pam answering the phone just in case it's Jim.  Calling to check on the condom supply.

Last night, on Amazing Race All-Stars, one of The Blondes said to the other something like "Good job, girly-girl!"  I thought of you.

I'm glad there's another chapter...

Author's Response:

We cage-matched and she won (barely) so no hot Jim and Pam sex. Luckily I got that all out of my system with the Kama Sutra thing (hopefully). Maybe I'll have to write a '50 ways Jim seduces Pam' thing.

You're not going to let those condoms go, are you? (TWSS)

Yippee!   No Karen today!   Oh.   did I say that really loud?  I feel like I'm typing really loud.

Author's Response: What? I can't hear you. I think you shattered my eardrums. What? Why do you want to eat the presidential hockey guru? What? No, I don't know what time it is in Bangkok. Weirdo.

Oh, my goodness, the craziness. If I was that waitress, I'd be convinced it was a setup for reality TV too! And, hee/aw to the Jim/Pam conversation, and how they're obviously talking about completely different things. Pam should have realized what he'd assume!

Author's Response:

I'm always surprised that people don't think they're on a reality TV show when they see all the cameras trailing...

I think Pam did realize it but just doesn't want to admit it.

Great Schrute War of ’82 when he’d lost all his pet ducks to a sniper attack.?????????????   HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!  Brilliant.

But, I fear for the repurcussions of that JAM phone call... those two and their crossed wires!  I'm not finding that sketch you linked to... am I doing something wrong?

Author's Response:

Do you know how close I am to writing an entire fic about the Great Schrute War of '82? This close ><

Anyway, terrific chapter, and I love the whole Dwangela/Jam parallel. It makes me smile, as does the Meredith picture. Thanks for a great chapter!

This is the second chapter in a row where you've had me doubled over and incapacitated.  Absolutely brilliant.  Poor, poor Jim.

Better incapacitated than decapitated.... words of wisdom from my MOM!

Yay!  I love that Jim thinks Pam was talking about them. It's like when Jim was telling Michael about rebounding, you know?  I don't think I've ever actually reviewed this story before, but I've been reading it from the beginning, and I love it o much!  Can't wait to see what comes next.

Author's Response: Why MrsLloyderineHalpert, thank you so much for reviewing! Always nice to see a new face in the reviews. I'm glad you're enjoying it...the next chapter will be posted soon for your viewing pleasure.

I have this friend named Kev, I mean, Malone, no, um... Darn!  I love how Jim thought Pam was talking about herself!

I think you mean Dwight took a different tack (like boating), not tact (which I may not have a lot of).

I think Mose failed in his deportment lessons.  Crawling in a restaurant is just not polite.

Author's Response:

Thanks for the tact/tack catch. I make that mistake all the time and I have no clue why. Maybe because I grew up in the desert so I have no nauticalness in me. Nauticalness? I don't know where I get this crap.

I'm just glad there were no handy coffins or I'm sure Mose would have tried to hide in one of those. Talk about not polite.

That chapter was hilarious!  I love Dwight and Mose's "date".  I can really see Dwight acting like that because he does truly believe that Pam would behave like that on a date.

Yes! I love how Angela didn't realize it was Dwight at first and the Kelly moment...priceless.

*thunk thunk roll roll*

That was me, hitting the floor, rolling around in laughter.  That has got to be the FUNNIEST chapter.  Oh my..."No way!  NO way!  No way!  Dwight!  Your girlfriend has a BEARD!"  I can so see Kelly saying that.

And Angela...there really is one in every shift.  Oh this is so good...I can't wait to read more!

PS  I liked the part with the ham and cheese...and that Pam thought she should bring Jim to that place.  :)

It’s not tuna oil. It’s just cooking grease. Gosh, I hope no shunning has to take place!

Carolina ham and gruyere cheese toasted lightly on egg-battered bread. When she read it, her first thought was ‘I should bring Jim here’. Oh, so sweet! I like how Pam is thinking about Jim, while Karen is busy making fun of Will and Grace (Well, maybe Will and "just Jack") at the next table.

Cerise hated large groups of women. They were always very demanding and rarely forgiving.  Muggins, have you waitressed?  Are we women really that bad? My sister has waitress; I'll have to ask her if this is true for her!

Author's Response:

Based on Mose's disposition NOT to leave the farm, I suspect a whole heckuva lot of shunning took place. He might be in permanent shun mode.

Does Karen even know that Jim likes Ham & Cheese?

Ah, waitressing... my sister was the busgirl and I was the waitress at this all-you-can-eat buffet in High School. The worst - the elderly. Lousy tippers, lots of demands. next worst - large families, lots of clean-up, lots of demands, tips eh. Large groups of women are much worse than large groups of men - lousy tippers, very demanding, and give no slack. It's like they try to outdo each other to prove something. "Oh look, my glass has a chip! Waitress!" which leads the next woman to "Do you have Nutrasweet? I can't stand Sweet n Low! You don't? Well, you should get some! Really, if you asked, you'd find out more people like Sweet n Low!" And so the next woman, "Take this back to the cook. I'm dieting and can't have any                 . I told you when I ordered. I'm sure I did. You just weren't listening!" But still not as bad as the elderly and out of control kids.

I had a really difficult time getting through this chapter because I was giggling too hard at gay Mose and his retarded date.  And Kelly at the ending!  It will take me several minutes to recover.

The poor clueless Schrutes. How they can not realize that everyone thinks they are gay, I do not know.

I am sitting here, with Girly Girl on my computer, a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich, and a tall glass of milk. Besides the girly girl, I sound like I am five (I don't think five year olds should read/understand GG). But all is right in the world.
But, along with good news, there is bad news. I am probably going to post this on TWoP soon, but since I leave you daily reviews (and my inflated self importance makes me think that they are a very important part of your life) - the next two weeks are crazy busy, what with classes ending and finals. And then I am sending my computer to the doctors. And so, even though I am not sure how I am going to survive (or what I am going to do. all those annoying questions)... I may not be on for nearly a month. :(! No Girly Girl, no fanfic, no random comments, no TWoP discussions, no blogs... I think I may die. But, I figured yeah, I would let you know in person/review.
So, onto the review....
Oh god, Mose and Dwight. Those two...scripts!!! No wonder why this is Dwights first official date. I laughed at oh.... every single part of that. I can't choose my favorite part of that insane 'date'.

Author's Response: I have lost the will to live Emily Halpert! How am I supposed to write knowing my consistent reviewer is gone? I seriously consider just not writing for two weeks so you don't miss anything.... wait a MONTH? A MONTH! NOOOOOO!

you are forewarned. i had little sleep and i spent all day teaching 34 kids, most of whom were very annoying. very annoying. so my brain is um... noexistant. i claim no responsiblity to what my fingers type.
haha, i loved that way of getting michael out of improv. he really is horrible at it isn't it? well, maybe not horrible. just not ... improving, shall we say?
Stacey using her mommy voice with kevin... haha. so wonderful. mommy voice. i have one of those, without even having kids.
everything about toby was just perfect. people needing hr support, betting odds. so i was watching casino night today (gah, still, that end it never changes... i hate that). anyways, but, yeah, toby liking taking michaels money, and there is just something sardonic about it. and there is.
Hum, Michael=Drew Carey=Drew Bernard. Drew Bernard just doesn't work.
Mose, Mose, Mose... can i say even though we only know about mose from like... a total of 2 minutes of information, that i actually think you wrote him very Mose-y?

(again, i claim no responsiblity for the relative weirdness of what i typed)

Author's Response:

you teach 34 kids, YOU have to have a mommy voice. I have a feeling that every woman who deals with Kevin has a mommy voice.
I hadn't thought about the Drew Bernard thing but maybe he's changing his last name too? Maybe he's Drew Bernie now... or Drew Nard. We'll have to wait and see.

I love writing about Mose. I think this is the third fic I've written where Mose plays a part. I love his little Amish beard. So freaky deeky.

Dwight and Mose on a practice date!  Is Dwight's girl voice as good as Jim's ("is this Salvadore Di-chini...")?

I loved catching up on everyone's evenings.  The Improv class plays "ditch Michael"!  The Kevin and Stacy section was among my favorites.

And... it really looks like there won't be a lot of people at Michael's birthday tomorrow.  Maybe a little triangle, though - Jim, Pam, and Karen?  (Unless Karen has, you know, died in the night.  Flash flood.  Maybe wolves.)

Author's Response:

hmmm, possible. Maybe even flash floods AND wolves.

I betcha Dwight's girly voice is 100% creepier than Jim's if you're willing to lay odds.
