Well, Dwight does still probably think of her as secret assisant to the regional manaer.
My dad used to carry a handkercief. Did for the longest time. I would always use it to blow my nose. I don't think he liked that part of it. Getting it back all snotty.
This chapter was so perfect and fluffy and such a good way to mention the past year and get it out.

That reminds me of his similar remark to Roy on the show.
That was a sweet way of dealing with that particularly painful moment for Pam. I really hope we get a few of these in season four, where a painful episode from the past is somehow brought up, acknowledged between them, and then quickly put behind them without too much angst. I would be surprised if everything was totally hunky-dory with all the misunderstandings and missed cues just swept under the rug. But who knows? We'll see in September.

I love that Jim is the one who wanted to talk things out and hedge forward. I think it shows that he has grown as well. Also, I would love to see them engage in a Dwight/Andy prank on the show. Excellent job :)

This is so good! And exactly, kind of, the way I hope they are addressing this... That was a big thing, for her, and for all the ways that she has to beat herself up about him watching her and Roy all that time, that was huge for her, and needs to be acknowledged.

I have been waiting and waiting for months for someone to write about Pam telling Jim that he made her cry like that...because if I were pam I would have cried right in front of him "just to be a bitch" but alas, I am not Pam. love love LOVE to see them pranking together again. Especially on Andy now since Dwight apparently has a soft side. And love that they acknowledge there are things to talk about and the will talk about it. We all know they need to. And Jim saying that talking to Pam is easy (as compared to Karen.)...just icing on the cake. Love this story.
