I totally thought you would screw us... until the very end!  Yeah!  I almost didn't read this for fear of it not ending well between them... and I really needed it too!

Oh, whew!  They did get back together.  I was so sad and getting more and more worried. I am awed by how real and in character you kept Jim and Pam throughout the whole breakup, right up through the end.  Thank you for the happy ending.

Wow...I don't know if there's been a final chapter of a story that I've been more anxiously anticipating than this one. I know the struggle you went through writing this, and I know about the re-toolings, the re-hashings, and the re-writes, and I have been wondering which direction you'd end up going in. And after reading this brilliant chapter, I have to say--wholeheartedly--"Mission Accomplished!"

There are so many things I love about this particular chapter that it's difficult to know where to begin. First of all, however, WOOT! for Post-it notes and shout outs! (How sad is it that when I read about the notes being in the box that I didn't even think of my 55 word fic? heh.)

I also love the play on words with the "return the favor" thing and the party horns/moving. It reminds me so much of "Cliche," and almost makes this whole story a sub-plot of that one. Brilliant stuff.

Oh, and this line: "She mistakes her embarrassment for bravery" absolutely owns me, as you said once. :)

Just a fabulous job all the way around, m'dear! Viva la Swifferina!

YAY! This was fantastic, and thank you, thank you, thank you for getting them back together. And in such a smoking fashion, too. hee Those two can't be apart, it's against the laws of God and man. lol

I loved the ending! I had convinced myself you were going to keep them apart and then you pull this on me! haha

I love that Jim made a place for her in his house- that it became his way of trying to get her back into his life.

Loved reading this story! :)

Great tension.  You are so slow in letting us know exactly what happened.  Post more soon!

*Throws garbage* No! I was so excited after reading last chapter but then I saw this one! This is so heartbreaking but amazing at the same time! I know you won't disappoint with the last chapter.

Gah, I continue to love this. Honestly, it's one of the first post-Season 3 stories that I get excited about seeing updated.

I think the emotions, communication styles, and issues are spot-on for the characters - love that it looks like Pam's having communication issues and Jim is insecure about their relationship and maybe pushing it a bit too fast. That seems so real for these two - it's not like their vast issues are going to disappear overnight, and I love that you're exploring that.

For the love of god, please make it better with the fifth thing!  This is beautifully written and breaking my heart.

Ok so I think now I'm getting why they broke up (did he ask her to move in with him and she hesitated?) but it's still breaking my heart.  Please fix them in the final chapter....or you know, forget the whole 5 thing and keep it going longer, your choice ;o)

I just emptied my trash can, so no garbage will be thrown. I might squirt my water bottle at you...but that's all. lol

Wow. These hurt horribly. And I love that it feels like it was Pam who ended things, maybe because they were moving too fast, and that they still care about each other regardless. This hurts, because my dearest wish is for them to be happy-ever-after, but it is so cleanly, realistically written that I can't argue. Beautiful.

Oh no, so sad.  But now we kind of know why they broke up and for some strange reason that gives me hope.  It's not the type of break-up that seems finalized, because it's not irreversible.   They still love each other.  They just need to talk.

I'm really really enjoying this story.  I love the angle you've decided to take.

No, I would never throw garbage at you, my dear Swiffer! (Well, maybe if this chapter sucked...) Heh... But this chapter most definitely does NOT suck. I'm loving this bold adventure of exploring the dark side of JAM that you're on, and I think you should be proud of this little experiment here.

As we've talked about before, it's okay to not have things be perfect between these two. You've proven that a well-crafted story trumps angsty subject matter. :)

Looking forward to the last chapter!

*threateningly holds garbage aloft* They're gonna get back together, right? Because these two can't live without each other. If this is over, the universe is going to split in two, and it's gonna be all your fault.

I'm just sayin'. ;)

I just don't know if I can ever say enough about this fic, and it's difficult for me to comment without using my normal snark, but the snark just wouldn't be appropriate.

One more to go.  Make it a good one.

I won't throw garbage at you, but I'm definitely going to pelt you with black licorice.  How could you, you big meanie?  Dash my hopes, why dontcha?  Well, I will expect you to make it up to me in the last chapter.  I know just what I want to see returned!  :)

By the way, sorry to confuse you with my last comment about coffee.  I just meant the way sometimes you ask someone in for coffee and it's really code for "Say, would you like to come in for some sex?"  That kinda thing.  :)
