Love this! I was a little hesitant because of the format but YOU totally made it work! That call with Mose had me cracking up.

Hey, sorry it took me so long to review, but I really enjoyed this ensemble piece.  You did a great job with everyone's voices; I really felt with the camera moves and the stage directions that I was watching an episode.  Other reviewers have mentioned some of the very funny lines, I giggled at many places in this story.  Of course Creed would know the password, ha!

Nice job.  You even titled this fic similar to a real episode.  :)

Author's Response: No problem with the delay, you're my only review for this Act [insert sad face]. No I'm kidding, but I'm glad that you liked the voices and camera direction. While obviously I don't have the writing ability to make something on par with The Office, I do at least try to make it 'feel' kinda like one. And I'm glad you noticed the title, that was on purpose too. Just something to add to the idea of it being a "real" episode. Thanks for the review EverybodyHurts.

lol... Jim selling Dwight out... perfect.

Author's Response: I'm glad that you liked that. I try to put a laugh at the end of each Act, because who doesn't want to be smiling at they run to the bathroom or make popcorn (....that might just be me, though). Thanks for the review kgreene.

Bwahahahaha......I think I'm gonna love this story. :D

Author's Response: I hope you do/did. I appreciate the kind words and the review officefreak.

Wow, is Michael really sneaky and smart enough to arrange this whole thing as a way of cheering up Angela?? I am so impressed with him right now. And I love the "trial" - hilarious! :)

Author's Response: Is Michael smart enough? Well.....you're going to have to wait until Act Three, but suffice to say Pam's TH wasn't too far off. There is something more than meets the eye. Also, I'm glad that you liked the 'trial', I was worried it was a little too over the top, but I figured Jim's annoyance with Dwight and his restlessness as a result of the crash would push him to do something like that. Thanks for the review Semby.

Ha!  I like this a lot.  Particularly Jim's Law & Order talking head.  Because... so true.

Author's Response: I'm glad that you liked Jim's TH. Yeah, it really is, whether or not it's the original or not, I don't know, but USA and TNT are like a 24-hour a day L and O marathon....kinda annoying sometimes. Anyway, thanks for the review thirtypercent.

Beautiful. I hope you realize this is my show now. Thursdays? This'll help the sad times.

Author's Response: I know, this is going to truly be the winter of our discontent. Hopefully things will improve soon. Thanks for the review and kind words Ardens.

Hee! Orange-bowling should have been in Office Olympics, that's pure gold. And I love Angela's negotiating skills, completely unfazed by Michael's negotiating "skills".

Author's Response: Yes, I am a professional orange-bowler myself, so I know how much fun it is. I usually do it in hotels, but occasionally in other places as well. I'm glad that you liked the throwback to "The Negotiation". I thought it would be funny if Angela just completely shut him down and cracked him in 15 seconds. Thanks for the review Semby.

Marry me!

Or not... You could just keep writing this. It is so amazing! I've read a few fics in script format, but none that feel this much like a real episode. Now i'm going to be obnoxious and quote my favorite parts:

I love the moment where Jim looks at the camera and says, “we got bored.”  So realistic.

I wanted to take a Segway tour of Philadelphia with m’lady. But now? I can hear him say it!

Kevin would take it totally seriously and then miss. I love him.

I am not explaining the difference between wings and no-wings to you again. HAHAHA! (thoughtfully) No, we’ve already got windows for the condo. I love the stage direction here. Thoughtfully. So very Michael. (menacingly) Fine! Now you know my secret. Again, stage direction plus a great line = me laughing out loud in my living room.

Please tell me that you have more to post soon!

Author's Response:

What a great review! I'm glad that you were able to see this as something resembling a real episode, that's really wonderful. Haha, you're not obnoxious, in fact, it's kinda nice to know what people think of the jokes, and which ones they liked.

The "wings" line was deliberately out of character, just for the laugh of Pam's look and the reader wondering how exactly that conversation took place, or why it took place. And as for Andy, I actually looked up tours in Philly, and you really can take a Segway tour, it costs like 51 bucks. So....Andy better get control of Dwight's computer to make his sales. Thanks for the review shan21.

So, so, so amazing. Both Jim and Dwight are perfection. I love Jim looking the movie(s) up on Wikipedia. Off to read the next chapter...

Author's Response: I love the go between with Dwight and Jim, I used it a lot in my other story, and there will be quite a bit with this one too. I also seem to have a weakness for Wikipedia in my stories, I'm not sure why. Weird. Thanks for the review shan21.

"...the oven is already pre-heated..."  Best line ever.  This was a fun read.  Looking forward to more.

Author's Response: I'm glad that you liked the line, it was one of my favorites too. Phyllis THs are way underrated in my opinion, I love that she can deadpan or hussy it up better than anyone else. Thanks for the review NanReg.

"(whispers to camera)

the oven is already pre-heated."

hahahah!! yes it is, phyllis...yes it is.

Author's Response: She could probably be talking about herself as well, I'd imagine. I'm glad that you liked that talking head, I wanted to go back to the somberness of the Michael/Pam confrontation with a laugh, so hopefully that worked. Thanks for the review CashBasket.

I don’t think Pam was really doing that. I mean, she works with Jim, so [beat] (whispers to camera) the oven is already pre-heated.

No, we’ve already got windows for the condo.

Haha--Bravo!! This is great, dundiefromgod, absolutely brilliant. Keep it up!

Author's Response: I'm glad that you liked the window line from Michael. Ha, that is such a throwaway joke, that I almost didn't put it in, but I figured it was possible that Michael would say it. And, yes, I'm a fan of "Beach Games" Phyllis, so she is back in my season 4. Thank you for the kind words and great review Becky215.

I actually snorted with laughter at Phyllis's talking head comment. SNORTED! I am really enjoying your story. Can't wait to see how it unfolds.

Author's Response: I'm glad you liked that talking head, it seems like a lot of people did, so I'm happy. I've mentally blocked out the Phyllis from Fun Run, and instead replaced her with the nice/Jim-lusty one that I know and love. Thanks for the review epiphilly.
