I love this! So very Jim Halpert of him as well to write a letter! I could totally see him doing that, and i love that we got to see the first two versions of the letter. Great story.
Author's Response: oh thanks! to be honest, i don't know if i see him writing a letter or not - but i think the concept is adorable. Colette (i think) has a story where jim is writing pam letters, with the idea that his parents wrote letters and now his mom has a whole box of them. it's a very sweet idea, letterwriting, and this came very easily. thanks for the feedback!

Aw! This was so sweet! I loved Jim as Mr. Darcy, and Pam was right, writing a letter is VERY Darcy-ish. It's great that this is so sweet, and yet not overly sappy either. That's a fine line and you drew it quite well!
Author's Response: i think that's a super tough line - and i tried to walk it well. glad it worked for you! to be totally honest, i'm not sure either of them would be familiar with mr. darcy, but that was just the kind of mood i was in when i wrote it. thanks for the feedback!
