So painful and beautiful all at the same time. Wonderful.
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you found some beauty amidst the pain.

This chapter gave more hope but I am still worried about Pam having an affair. It seems so unlike her, but all the signs seem to point in that direction.
Author's Response: She has been through a lot recently. But always hold onto hope kaystar...

Love that you're writing a not-so-happy future for Jim & Pam. It feels real--particularly Jim's insecurities. Can't wait for the next chapter.
Author's Response: I hate putting Jim through all this again but bad things do happen to good people.

Okay, THANK GOD that you continued this. I read the first chapter at work yesterday and I was literally depressed. I had to go find some fluff to get my mind off of this haunting story. I am so glad to see more to this story, and I really hope that you are still planning to continue it. The back-story really helps it all make more sense. Also, the moment at the end of the story helped me not want to jump off a bridge or something again ;) Such a bittersweet moment, yet it really does give some hope that they can work through all of these issues and fix this. Here's hoping you plan on continuing!
Author's Response: Of course I plan to continue - I can't leave poor Jim so sad. Or leave you depressed! There is hope so please don't jump off a bridge!

This is such a sad tender story.
Author's Response: They're a sad tender couple, after all.

Baby steps in the right direction. :) This feels so realistic- I'm really, really engaged in this story.
Author's Response: I'm so happy it comes across as realistic. I wanted to explore a future problem of theirs because old insecurities and patterns never seem to change in a relationship. Thanks for you reviews which are always quite thoughtful and constructive!
Author's Response: oops - meant "your" reviews...can't spell today

The image of them holding hands in bed like that is beautiful and sad. It's hopeful as well, I think. *crosses fingers*
Author's Response:
Hopeful - yes. But there's still a lot of pain to sort through.
