Such a good chap, Jenny! The plot thickens. Once again, loved the glimpse inside Jim's overactive mind. I love how hard he's falling for Pam. Can't wait to find out what happens!

Kaaaaaat!!!!! How do you DO it? How do you KEEP doing it? This giddy, joyful, absolutely delicious newly engaged couple is fantastic. This is seriously perfect and adorable. The joy leaps off the page. It's one of those stories where I can't quote a favorite passage, because I'd be quoting the whole dang thing =) Thanks for making me happy to be in on a Friday night :D

*sigh* I love happy endings, and I'm so glad these two got theirs. Thanks for finishing another wonderful story, Danielle.
Author's Response: Thanks Nancy :) I have a difficult time writing any other ending other than happy. Hm, maybe one day I will... lol Thanks again so much for being so supportive. :)

This is who we are. We’re simple people living a simple, extraordinary life in a small town of Pennsylvania. I never wanted anything more than this. Children that look like my wife, a modest house, a decent paying job and a life with the only person I absolutely can not live without. Just beautiful, Danielle. It's so painful reading this--in a good way--but, through the pain, the love feels real.
Author's Response: Thank you so much for saying that. I love when you pick out a quote, it really means a lot to me! I am glad this feels real, that's always what I aim for. Happy you liked it and hope you enjoy the conclusion! :)

Guess what, baby?! It's the weekend, so life is gonna get better, right? I'm glad that writing is therapeutic 'cause I'm enjoying reading :) I love those two scenes--the prank/sombreros and Jim admitting that he still has feelings. Guh. How must it have been for them to watch that?! Looking forward to more (although I'm hoping that you'll be writing because you're happy).
Author's Response: Thanks Nancy. Yep, I'm definitely back to happy. Took a while didn't it? Thanks so much for the kind words, they mean a lot, and I'm happy that you liked this story! Hopefully you like the conclusion, and sorry for the delay in review replies! :)

I love this chap, Danielle. I think you did a great job balancing the past and present. I especially enjoyed reading about their first days a couple. Nice to read about Mark again :)
Author's Response: Thanks so much, Nancy. That means a lot, since I'm really trying hard to give a good balance through this story. Thanks again for the pep talks, they really helped me develop the rest of the story. I hope you continue to enjoy it, your support always means so much to me! xx =)

Wheeeeeeeeee DOGGIES that was hot! Well done, madam! *claps* Choosing to set this after the Roy encounter was brilliant. Insecure!Jim is hot ;) Know what else is hot? Caveman!Jim. If you ever feel like writing about him, I know I'd be a happy gal =)
Author's Response: Thanks Nan! I do love me some Insecure!Jim :) maybe I'll have him come out to play again soon!

Congrats on the well-deserved blue ribbon, unfold. Your writing is gorgeous as ever--urgent, melancholy, romantic. I have no doubt that, as with your other stories, I'll read it again and again.

One little thing that I noticed upon re-read. I think you may have missed a word here--"give" maybe? She is suddenly very concerned that she is about to herself completely to this man, and she is ready but she is cautious.
Author's Response: Oops. Fixed. Thank youuu!

Unfold, even though this is a little thing, every word means something. I could clearly envision the scene you set.
I am absolutely certain that you could even make a fast food menu sound sexy and romantic ;)

Well now, isn't this a pleasant surprise?! Just what I needed on a dreary Thursday afternoon!
“I know I’m bothering you and you’re thinking and trying to regroup. I’m here. I’ll always be here. Don’t make a decision because of me. Do what makes you happy. I’ll be here. Always.” Oh my. That made my heart skip a beat.
Well done, lady. Keep writing, keep writing, keep writing...

Yes! Wow! This chap just flew by, Blue. I'm pleasantly surprised at how it played out. It broke my heart that Pam laughed after Jim's confession. It was understandable, though, and consistent with her personality. Now...what's the girl going to do?!

Really enjoyed this, Blue. Nice pacing. Looking forward to that promised update...

Date: April 27, 2012 Title: Chapter 1: If you don't stop crying...
Danielle, you are a wonder. Wow--what a great chap. Once in a while as I read a story I can hear the characters' voices as I read the dialog. I felt that here. The little first-date details were so achingly real and sweet. From start to finish, this just oozes with love.
I can't tell you how much I appreciate your efforts. You're so great
Author's Response: Thanks so much, Nancy! Is it weird that I can hear their voices as I write these? I haven't written a first date story, mostly because there are so many of them, and there's only so many ways to say the same things and apologies, but I love the idea of showing little things that they might remember from it, once things got settled and they made their way back to being friends again. I can't tell you how happy it makes me to see that you enjoyed what I've written. You're so great, too, my friend. Thank you so much. :)

P.S. I really miss having a PC. It would be much easier for me to leave the epic review this deserves.
Author's Response: Aw, thanks, that really means more to me than you know. Thank you :)
Date: December 28, 2011 Title: Chapter 12: In high spirits - a Christmas bonus chapter
Very merry Christmas, Danielle! Thank you for this big, beautiful, delicious bonus chap. It simply bursts with holiday joy. I'm glad that it wasn't perfect, that Cece was afraid of Santa. It makes it that much more real.
Author's Response: I'm so sorry it's taken forever to reply to reviews. I figured a little baby like Cece's age would be scared of Santa, especially after seeing so many photo's of kids screaming when they meet Santa at the malls that were posted on those fun time waster sites. Thanks so much, for everything! :)
Date: November 11, 2011 Title: Chapter 7: I dreamt we were married for 75 years...
Poor Halperts :'( You captured the tense feeling, the fear but most of all the intense love. I love your quick updates :)
Author's Response: Thanks Nancy. Something about that back rubbing led me to think they were more upset than they usually are about things, especially the slow way he was walking. I'm glad you liked this one even though it was kind of over emotional. I'm going to try to be better about updating this one on Friday's. :) Thanks!
