Do you get tired of me telling you how great you are?  Blissful <3  Details about Pam's dad and home life growing up are such a contrast to her life with Jim and their daughter.

Author's Response: No I don't, please keep saying it! :) Your reviews always brighten my day, dear friend. I was definitely going for the contrast, glad it came through. Something about Jim being a cuddly daddy makes me melt. :)

I wasn't able to finish reading this yesterday, Danielle, so it's been stuck in my head.  Early this morning, I heard Ray LaMontagne's Forever My Friend, one of my favorite songs.  Are you familiar with it?  Just in case you're not:  http://youtu.be/Yy9GxrtR890.  Anyway, it became the soundtrack for this story and this Florida trip.  Oh how I love sentimental Jim and reliving his wedding day with him.  *sigh*  Lovely.  There's only one woman for him.

Author's Response: I'd never heard that song before until a moment ago, thanks for the link! It is a perfect soundtrack for these two. I can't get enough of them lol I'm happy you liked sentimental Jim. I've been running on a theme lately with this memory stuff, so I was worried it'd get tiring to read. They can't forget their history now just because they're happy. And that deleted scene also made me think that what I had written still fit in with some changes. There really is only one woman for Jim. :) Thanks so much! I'm so happy you liked this one!

I'm delighted every time you update this, Danielle. You seem to have a bottomless reservoir of ideas. While I look forward to their sweet reunion, I'm enjoying the separation, due in large part to you :)

Author's Response: Thanks Nan! I'm hoping my reservoir stays filled this time! I'm really looking forward to their reunion, I have to say it's making me a little anxious wondering if they'll show their reunion or not. I do enjoy making up their conversations while they're apart though, and I have big plans for the night Jim comes back from Florida, so stay tuned! Thank you :)

So heartwarming, Danielle.  Yet another impossibly perfect vignette.   It's fleeting, the hours of the day, the days of the week and the weeks of the year. *sigh* So true.  I love the images you create and the thought that they honor this anniversary each year.  A life without this, a night ending any other way other than this, it's unfathomable.  As always, well done, my friend.

Danielle, this was simply beautiful. There's your constant ability to fill in the blanks and, added to that, the perfection of these two finding each other again. You''ve conveyed every bit of love and passion and excitement that they're feeling--still feeling. The fact that they're admittedly not perfect makes this even more perfect =)

That you’re able to walk into your old childhood home, slowly and quietly walk up the same stairs you used to race down every Saturday morning to watch cartoons - the same way your daughter does now – it’s everything you wanted and nothing you expected to ever be lucky enough to have. *sigh* Warms me to my toes.

Author's Response: You've made my day with this review, Nancy. Thank you so much. I didn't want it to be too perfect, so I'm glad that you thought that aspect was good! I do still think that he's grateful for all that he has even if he does go to after work events sometimes. I'm so happy that you've liked these, I really appreciate all of the support! :) They were a lot of fun to write.

I enjoyed last night's ep, too, Danielle, and I like how you've expanded upon it.

"He told the truth. It was his truth." Love that. I whole-heartedly believe that Jim would be just as you've portrayed him here. The continuity from chap to chap is great and greatly appreciated--from little things like Cece's words to big things like Pam's parents' divorce and Jim's high BP. Well done, as always.

Author's Response: I watched Thursday's episode again, and liked it even more. So far, Gettysburg is the only one I'm not in love with. The continuity is important for me, especially since I'm keeping these one shots all in the title. I feel like there's so little of their story being shown on screen that there has to be more going on. I'm hoping that something else besides fluff comes to me for the Christmas episode. Especially without Pam there in these episodes, I want to make sure it's enough but not too much. More of this soon, thanks so much as always for the support, it really means more to me than I can express. :)

I'll bet Halloween in the Halpert home is a blast :D  Weird, I know, but my favorite detail is Helene catching them kissing.  I'm a big fan of JAM voyeurism ;)  Good job working in the ghost detail.

Author's Response: Lol I'm with you on the Jim Pam voyeurism lol! You're too funny! I threw that in there for fun too lol So happy to see you like this one! :) thanks!

Author's Response: Thanks nan! I totally took advantage of the office Olympics call back there. Happy you liked it! Anytime i see stars from you I know I've done well. Xx :) thank you :)

Danielle, you consistently manage to transport me to this humble house in Scranton, a fly on the wall, witnessing this sweet family as they go about their daily round...and I love it.  There doesn't have to be drama.  This is true love.

Author's Response: Thanks Nancy. I'm happy that their little simple home life is enjoyable to read about. I do worry that it can get a bit repetitive so I'm going to try and do something different for the next one, but it'll still be them, enjoying one another's company. I'm really happy that you're liking these :)

I love it, Danielle. You picked a perfect subject for this chap. I always have such a clear picture when I read your fic :)

Author's Response: Thanks Nancy. That's what I'm aiming for, to be able to have people see what's in my head when I'm writing these. It's great to know I'm accomplishing that! Thanks. More of these on the way :)

Yippee!!!!  Great job, Danielle.  So happy to have a new series from you to look forward to!

She whispers, “I love you. I love you, for that list you left and for giving me something to do tonight and for giving me a purpose. I don’t know where I would be without you.”  *sigh*  Soupsnakes <3

Author's Response: Thank you :) That line was a last minute addition, I'm so happy you liked it! I have a good feeling about this season. Hope you like these! I'll have it updated weekly as best I can. :)

Great job, Danielle.  I didn't care for this ep all that much, either, but I love your supplement to it.  Even through the crankiness, there's plenty of sweetness and love :)

Author's Response: Thanks, Nancy :) I'm glad you liked this one. I can never imagine them being really super mad or nasty to one another, just a little cranky but still loving. I hope these aren't getting redundant. I'm worried lol Thanks for always being so supportive! :)

So sweet, loving and in character, Danielle. Each vignette can stand alone, but they compliment each other so beautifully. I hope you're inspired to add to this--I look forward to a new one after each ep--but the fact that you've created so many already is amazing.

Author's Response: Thanks so much Nancy, I can't even begin to thank you enough, the words themselves don't seem like they're enough to really tell you how much your support's meant to me through the years. I've had so much fun writing these, but I don't know how many original ways I can write Cece acting out or Jim and Pam being all loving, so I think unless something comes to me, this is it for me. Thank you x1000 :)

Danielle, this was simply wonderful. You tied all the loose ends up in a pretty bow--perfect explanations. *chants* Christ-mas chap! Christ-mas chap!

Author's Response: Thanks so much, Nan! I couldn't stop myself from rationalizing it over and over again, so I had to write it down. I was a little annoyed that they didn't mention Phillip on the show (two L's or one, I can't get it right lol) I'm glad you liked this and yay 5 stars! THAT means so much to me, you don't even know! Thank you so much! Happy Holidays! xx

Well now, isn't this an entirely different sort of angst?  I'm sorry for the delay in reviewing, Danielle, but I wanted to be able to read this again and give it my full attention (unlike the first time I read it over the weekend).

There’s no reason for these old, dusty feelings to surface, but they choke her like a cloud of smoke.

I could just feel the ache, the loneliness, the melancholy as I read this.  I have no worries that anything would ever come between these two.  Their bond is so strong.  Despite the miles that separate them, their phone call was was so intimate, as if they were in the same room.

Well done, lady.

Author's Response: Aw, thanks Nan. Never worry about the delay in reviewing, I'm just happy that you had the time to eventually do so! I think as much as Pam was willing to let him go to Florida, that she misses him a lot, more than they're willing to give us on the actual show. I'm so happy you thought it was true to her character. I think at this point, missing him is sort of angsty, and I love their relationship so much that you can just tell that they're still connected even though he's so far away. thank you for always taking the time to leave such lovely thoughts about my writing. It really makes me smile. Thank you :)

Danielle, I am thankful for you and your talent. This was a pleasure to read. One little detail (of many) that I loved was your mentioning Cece shrugging in the first part and then her grandpa shrugging in the second. It made me think of how we all carry the traits of those who came before us :) This was a perfect Thanksgiving portrait of love. Thanks for the bonus!

Author's Response: Thanks so much, Nancy. I thought Cece was the perfect age to start picking up on things that her parents and grandparents do. I had a lot of fun writing this one last week, and I can't thank you enough for the idea of the different perspectives. I'm so happy with the way it came out and I have you to thank for that. :) Glad you enjoyed how I made the idea come to life.

No, Roy!  No!  Stay away!  ;)  Well, I'm glad that Pam still loves Jim.  Nice touches in this chap--Jim's mom talking about the shower (I was holding my breath there) and Pam being able to express how she feels about not wanting to move on (even though Adele thought she was talking about Kenny).  I'm looking forward to learning how the parents-to-be will reunite.  I'll be patient ;)

Thanks for updating, Dedeen.  I liked the intimacy and emotion of this chap.  It was lovely for Jim to share in this private moment with Pam and the baby.  It seemed very natural--as if they truly were a family.  I'm happy that they're on the way to reestablishing their connection.  Anxious to see how this plays out with the grandparents, Roy and the mess that's been created.

Happy New Year, Dedeen!  He walked up to her and kissed her again. This time she recognized his kiss - hungry and ardent. For a moment, her worries melted away in the warmth of his lips. “I know,” he sad against her lips. “I just…I needed to know you’re mine too.”  Guh.  Love it.  Sitting on the edge of my seat waiting to see how this dinner party plays out ;)
