Ok so maybe it's because it's Christmas and therefore I am allowed to be emotional, or maybe it's because this is just so damn good, but I teared up a little at the end there. This is really lovely, I love Christmas!Jim, he's such a kid :)
There really aren't any words for how gorgeous this is. You managed to pull me right into this scene, until I could feel exactly that calm certainty that Pam exudes in this. Just gorgeous :)
Ah Talkatvie you never let me down, your fic is always breathtaking and this latest is no different. I really love this take on Pam, because you're right, people do tend to write post s3 Pam as assertive and ready for a relationship and while I think that's true, I also think she'd still be exactly like she is in this - still the same Pam, freaking out and a little bit terrified. Can't wait for more :)
Author's Response: Shootingstars, I wrote post-S3 Pam as ready for a relationship with Jim in Week Days/Week\'s End. I do think that interpretation is an entirely valid one, but I also think this works, too. The only thing we\'re absolutely certain of is that Jim is all in. Makes things a little easier on us writers to only have one wildcard running around. Thanks for your kind review - I hope you enjoy the next two chapters.
I've been having a bit of a hiatus from Jam fic lately, RL and other fandoms sort of taking over.
This is one of the first I've read in ages and it's absolutely amazing. This isn't just absence making the heart grow fonder either, this is genuinely a wonderful fic.

10 I haven't read/written an Jam fic for a while but The Delivery lured me back to this wonderful site and this is one of the first fics I came across. WOW. You managed a perfect balance between too much detail and too little, making it real enough that I spent the entire last chapter holding my breath, at least that's what it feels like.

10 Ok this story? Made me cry. In a good way. I haven't read Jim/Pam in a while but this ep lured me back and this fic was beautiful.

I was a little teary but this was the line that really got me. Gorgeous.

Aaah no you can't end there!! Oh gosh this chapter is lovely, you can really feel the tension Pam is feeling, the slow journey drags through this perfectly. And that ending? Oh you tease!
