This was lovely. I can just imagine them both watching one another when they're supposed to be getting on with things. The "I love you"s are perfectly placed - the face they love the little things :)

I was not familiar with this photograph before reading and I must say it don't think it takes anything away from the impact of the fic. If anything not knowing what was in that photo prevents you from having any idea that kiss is coming! The whole thing is just enrapturing from start to finish, and by the time he introduced himself as Jim, (even though I knew he would be), I was excited.

I think my favourite line had to be "Pam felt words jumble in her throat. Nice to meet you fought for space with I wish we could talk more and have a good life. She swallowed come back alive and settled for goodnight." - so many emotions going through her head - just demonstrates exactly how she's feeling.

Aww, poor daddy Jim. Apparently this is exactly what I was like as a baby - always wanted to be with the parent I'd spent the day with...(which didn't bother my parents because it happened with both.) Bless Jim for freaking out about it though - seems exactly in character.

As always, I love your banter between Jim and Pam, and this: "If your cell phone ends up in our ceiling don't get mad ok?...We're bonding." had me chuckling. :)

I was just saying to a friend of mine the about how sorry I felt for Toby in the finale; that after 9 seasons, you'd think they'd give the guy a break. Thanks for providing him with some hope, even from an unlikely source :)

Even after everything Toby was my favorite character and I really wanted him to have a nice happy ending as well, but I guess that wouldn't have been as funny. I wanted him to have something nice happen and she definitely was unlikely, but they were talking so much in the finale that I really thought it was leading up to that.
