I'm confused...why do Jim and Pam seem disinterested in each other? I feel like it's a bit out of character for them, unless of course there's something up your sleeve we don't know about.
I'm interested to see where this is going...it's a very different take on normal Office stories.
Author's Response: It's not that they're disinterested. They're full time parents with full time jobs and sometimes things like this happen. We're trying to keep them in character and we're sorry you felt that the characters were off in this first chapter. Do not fear. They still are very much in love and very committed to one another.
