Sequel to Pam 6.0
Pam broke up with Roy after his comments in S01E06 – Hot Girl, and after a summer of simmering tensions Jim and Pam have finally admitted their feelings for each other.
1 Aww! I liked this a lot. Nice to see a sequel, and I do think it was a good idea to make it a sequel and not just a continuation.

1 It's good! I'm very much a supporter of getting things done to break writers block, and this was both lovely and self-contained so it didn't require more.
Author's Response: Thank you for the kind review! I was just sitting there going "But I want to be over here..." planning out plot points. Wouldn't say it was a full on block, but it could have used more fibre.
1 That's a good smooshing up of the elements of those episodes. Glad you kept the tension but changed it around so it's between a couple in a good relationship and not a will-they/won't-they.

I loved making the turnabout or "How the turntables have..." as we like to say in this fandom. I'm glad to hear we were on the right track with the dates, although I'm sure you've noticed by now that this story has a habit of upending those canon tropes and flipping them on their head where it suits me!

I'm glad they had a sufficiently awkward Schrute Farms experience, but also that their wedding is still there. Also, I'm glad Jim knows he's more a cheerleader than a critic for her art, but also can see its changes (no prettiest of all the art...)

Yes, two city-slickers out on the farm, that's always a fun time. I really liked Dwight and Angela's wedding on the farm, so I've stolen it. Jim is indeed aware of his shortcomings and he will not utter those hated words, I promise you!

1 Honestly I like a Toby who is capable of actually verbally expressing his wish to date Pam. Kudos to him. The rest of the chapter was very good too (love the club prank) but I so rarely see good Toby on this site that I wanted to call it out again.

1 Nice. As you say, the concept has been done, but you did it in a unique way (for example, not sure I've seen Karen be OK with it before) and it's well done.
