Bio:

Generally an annoying hopeless romantic.

I love writing, reviewing. In terms of reviewing - yes, I go back and read old stories. Sometimes really old. It is fun. Yes, I leave um, interesting reviews. Hopefully you like them. If not, tell me to shut up.

I am willing to beta. I can't promise a lot of grammar comments, but I can tell you what I like, don't like, and if something doesn't sound right to me. Feel free to contact me. I don't bite and fanfic is my life.

There's a baby in there. :) Pam, it doesn't work keeping it a secret if you announce it in fanfic. Silly Pam!

Author's Response: Silly Pam, is right! lol. Thanks so much Em! Glad you're still enjoying this story!

Haha, this reminds me sort of babysitting for my neighbors, because I feel slightly stalkerish. I look through their photo ablums (with the baby, she loves it), and read the notes on their calender.... and they aren't as cute as The Halperts, but definite resemblance.

That sounds like something I would do for my mom.Today I drew her the most awful looking flower card and wrote happy mother's day on it. Being the good mom she is, she enjoyed it. She laughed at it also, but then again, so did I.

Jill needs a new sibling. I mean, or else its totally stupid of them to have bought that house. Unless they would give Jill 3 bedrooms (wait that would be kind of cool...)

Author's Response: hahaha. I'm quite sure Jilly-Bean would enjoy all those rooms!

I know the horror of not seeing a child. I work at a day care center and am constantly counting heads. And just today, I was taking the kids outside, and one of them turned the corner before they were supposed to. My heart rate sped up to dangerous levels. I was terrified. He had been there a second ago, I look down to grab another childs hand, and then he was gone. Thankfully, I saw him the next second, and he got an earful about why that was so so wrong. But thats the part I connected with. Because that fright is constant with me. The blink and they are gone.

new baby talk brought me out of my self induced fanfic hiatus. well worth it, i must say!

Yes, people relying on other people than grandmas is how i make my living. i would so babysit for them for free... is there a way to make a living babysitting for fictional characters super fictional children? except for the fact I told them I would babysit for free... darnit. I think there is a flaw in my plan.
Wow, all of this and I am only two paragraphs in!

My little dude won't share with me either. Haha. I am like "no, let me play with the legos also!" he's two. But hes adorable. So I don't mind (much).... but I wanna play. But, he is really only playing with either me or parents. So yeah.

And cheerios are gold. I ate some this morning. I did not steal them from a baby. I can feel proud of that.

OMG, that is so cute. She feeds the TV. I am in love with this fictional baby you've created. I need to go find my kiddos, make them do something cute....But kids know it. I swear, they know it. Little dude, its like, he does something bad, and then he does a sad face and just goes "hug? hug" and its so hard not to hug him even when you know he just threw a toy at you and you can't be nice to him because he has to learn that throwing toys is wrong, but he is standing there saying hug!

OMG, are they like that at day care centers? Because seriously. I know that it is difficult the first day, especially with an only child. I except the kid to be fussy and a few things like that, at least for the first few times. Slowly let the kid warm up to you!
Shesh, no wonder parents hire me.

So cute. I love love love this story. Cute babies will be the death of me.

Is it wrong that my first thougt was Jill is So cute! And then I realized I was talking about a fictional baby?

And eek, Pam, a dead baby in a drawer is not a good dream at all.

Confused... in the conversation with kelly, Pam thinks 'not going to iron my 9 month old's hair. But at the beginning of the chapter, you state that Jill is almost a year old/twelve months....

Anyway's Kelly kind of reminds me of Rachel's sister on Friends who does a baby makeover... hehe. Or tries (because apparently people don't like to be told their babies are ugly).

"Ok, you're mom just" should be your. Who knew I would learn more grammar from fanfic than 12+ years of school.

Eew, and Andy and Pam baby. Oh that poor child. Actually, more poor pam for doing that with Andy *shivers*

And now Andy wants to be her god father... Angela, why do you mention these things around Andy...

And now Dwight. Its like... choose between two horribles.

And now Michael....

Really, those three... noooo.

Jim is superman!

Such a great chapter :). Toby would be the much better choice.

Author's Response: Good catch EmilyHalpert....the 9 month thing was a typo. I'll go in and change that! Thanks! And yes....Angela really needs to NOT talk to Andy, right? Thanks so much for the feedback!

New Baby Talk! I love getting update emails!!!!!
This reminds me of Friends where they record a video for Emma's first birthday, and they have all the friends record little commentaries. Except this is very Jim/Pam, not Friends. Which right now makes it so much better.

Yes! Toby wants Jim dead!

Oh my god this chapter was perfect. it was so pam and jim and sweet and happy, and i swear, tears are coming out of my eyes it was so sweet.
this is so awesome.

i so can relate to the feeling of the baby just crying and crying. and i am just a babysitting. i remember one night where i just could not move for like 3 hours straight, because every time i did the kid started crying. it was a long night.

as my neighbor says: they are paying me to take birth control

yet for some reason, knowing this i still want kids. i think i should have my head examined.

Author's Response: Yeah I have no idea what that's about. You see kids in the store being total brats too, yet still...you want them. God works in mysterious ways. lol. Thanks for the feedback.

children just aren't getting read to any more because of deviant behavior. drug testing was an amazing episode! i can just totally picture jill and she is cute.

god i need a life

Author's Response: LMAO. One of my all time fave episodes. Glad it's one of yours too and you got the reference! :-)

Okay, I think this is myfavorite chapter. And I am pretty sure that statement will stand until you post the next one.

See, those two just need to have sex, because it makes them happy.

Another episode callback, from Michael's Birthday, which I am about 90% sure was the first episode I ever saw. Ah, I have to remember to thank my friend for starting me on this crazy show which has devoured my brain.

I loved the No Jill list. And that it included everything from buttons to beer. And I almost typed Beet which made me think of Dwight. Dwight should be on the No Jill list. Haha.

This totally made my morning! Best morning of the new office ever!!!!
This was just perfect. Great Jim/Dwight. Great Jill. Wonderful No Jill List (not that I am biased or anything!)
And really, do I want to know how Dwight would be as a parent. Nope. Not with that forbidding them to menestrate. Between him and Angela, those kids wouldn't have a chance!
Loved it!!!!!!!

Author's Response: Thank YOU EmilyHalpert for the Dwight on the No-Jill list idea! Totally inspired me.....Yeah, I can NOT imagine what little Dwangelas might be like.

Yay! I get to read this story again... stupid broken computers and finals. They both deserve to die. My computer is a devil butt. It truly is!

Jill shares my middle name! Its a great middle name, I know!

This is the cutest thing ever!!! Although I will say, that note about the teddy bear... it sounds oddly like my neighbor Marc...

And it wasn't the first Dwight reference unless they were out of ordered, cause he sid Dwight would kill the first boy to make Jill cry.

It smells like apple juice here. That is random, but it is totally invading my sense of smell.

Wow, that last letter.... so scary.

I can't choose which I like best. This is all so wonderful

And it still smells like apple juice.

LMAO! Jim and breast milk... wow. So.... just great!

"I love so much about the things Monopoly chooses to be." :D!!!!!
"Stop snorting cocaine and read to your child once in awhile ok? Jeez. So tired of this." wow... so great

I can't believe I went a month without being able to read this story. Seriously, it is so amazing and great, I can't heap the praise on it enough.

Yes, humping day and hump day are two totally different meanings. Although both sound dirty in my mind. I remember the first time I heard hump day was in 8th grade when my teacher wrote it on the board. Of course, all of our minds were in the gutter, and we couldn't believe a TEACHER wrote that on the board. After about a month, we realized what it meant.

So true...
But she just didn't know what she wanted. That fact left him feeling a little annoyed to be honest. Left him feeling like....Well, what else is new Pam Beesly...Halpert.

And the Dundie award for person most likely to set up their own prank is...Dwight K. Shcrute! Way to dig your own hole!
Dwight.... ah, Dwight. You capture Dwights Dwightyness so well, it is enjoyable. And he would... I mean, totally he does set up himself up. All those pranks he really did just have coming.

I love baby noises. If I can forget how annoying babies can be and just focus on their cuteness. Like their laugh. I spent the morning with my favorite 22 month old, and he is just a laugh riot. All I gotta do is look at him and he knows something is up and he starts to laugh. Its so much fun.... But I do admit, some of thier sounds do sound a bit alien like. Even when you know what they are saying. There is very little difference between ba for book and ba for ball. And pain is plane. And mo is more. We is where... I have a whole translation for sounds... and that is only like half of the sounds he makes. The rest, only he knows.

That was so wonderfully Stanely!!!!!

Well if that wasn't the best information he'd gotten all week. He was going to print that out and make a banner to put over Jill's crib. Babies Time Travel Too
So wonderful!!!!

Two minor things:
waist - should be waste
and I think its feng shui

(wow, I almost wrote part of this review in my letter to Red Cross.... so, either you would get a list of dates I am going to teach, or they would get a weird list like this... I don't know which would be worse).

Wow, I stopped writing comments because I would have to comment on the sheer genius that was each line... I totally was laughing and smiling and it was just great and everything awesome... its like Pink the color and Pink the singer.

Author's Response: hahaha. Love that you're reading Baby Talk silmulaneously as writing a letter to the Red Cross. So good! I always wonder how I should feel when people tell me I'm getting Dwight's "Dwightiness" down. Flattered, appalled? hahaha. Thanks so much for the always thoughtful responses EmilyHalpert. You rock.

All of those reasons were great, but I think -
     8.  Because when he smiles at me, I sort of forget my own name.

6.  Because his eyes speak more to me in thirty seconds than any words that have ever come out of Roy’s mouth in ten years.

that is great. we do need to see more of pam's art. and that painting sounds really cool. I could never even think of something like that. but then again, not an artist.
