I once drove a Ryder truck across half the continental USA.  And not the little moving van ones, but the very large kind that you can put a car in the back.   It had air brakes.  Those require a different license.  Which I don't have.  And we did have a car in the back. I drove that for 16 consecutive hours.  The biggest thing I'd ever driven before that was a minivan.  The very first thing I did with the truck was knock over one of those concrete-filled steel posts that they have around gas stations.  I never noticed and kept on driving until one of the other guys in the convoy in which I was driving told me to stop so they could inspect the damage.  Fun.

Yay.  I'm glad that you wrote this.  It's been so hard to find stories that aren't Jam these days, and yours has been a gleaming beacon of light all alone in the darkness.  Also, Dwam, which is a personal favourite of mine.

I am thinking of concentrating on things other than Jam, as it seems that\'s an area well-covered by other people (who frighten me a little with their zealousness--no offense all you Jam zealots). I\'ll try to keep that beacon lit.\r\n\r\nAnd quite honestly, I think Pam is one of the very few people with the patience and nature to deal effectively with Dwight.

Interesting.  I'm curious to see what you're going to do with this.

I really don't think you should turn this into a horror fic.  Mostly since I already wrote that one.  Well, more of a Scary Movie version, actually.

Though I'm glad someone else has also noticed that Rashida's schtick is basically just to make faces at the camera.

Hee!  This was awesome.  I'm so glad that you're still around to provide all our Andy fetish needs.  I must compliment you on your very Oscary Oscar as well.

I feel weird.  Sort of retro-y, reading Office fic by an old hand like yourself.  It's like we've mostly died off by now.  I'm still alive but lapsing in and out of a coma.  The coma is JAM baby induced, btw.

Wert!!! I'm happy you're still alive!  Also, I'm glad that Oscar was Oscary.  I always worry about his narrative voice and fear that it's too me, but I'm glad I got it right in this fic.

Yeah, I've noticed a lot of the regulars seem to be missing.  I must admit, I've been off of Office fic for awhile, but then Oscar/Andy revived my love.  Season 5 was definitely not my favorite season, but Andy saved it for me, as always.
