Sooo good! I can't wait for an update.  Please say you'll have one up soon!  I love the whole dynamic of being neighbors and the Jon character.  And the idea of Jim being a womanizing jerk is interesting and kinda...hot!  I can't believe this is your first fanfic..it was a great read!
