I always intended this this series to be a trilogy so please let me know if you guys are interested in seeing a third story where Jim and Pam deal with Stamford, Karen, and everything season 3 related.

Author's Response: Hey, Liv, first of all, thank you so much for being such a supporter of this story, I really appreciate it. I still do intend on writing the third story it just may be a little bit. I have some changes in my personal life that have disrupted my fic writing and I'd also like to finish up prewriting my other WIP One Week before diving into something new. But I do have an outline for the third story in this series so hopefully I can get to it soon. Thanks again! :)

I really like that there was a point where Jim thought of the term "Push Gift" as creepy--because I'm a little put off by the term too. LOL But I do love the concept of one... *goes to demand Tiffany's bracelet from boyfriend in regards to future children* :D

Author's Response: hahaha...yes I think that's basically how I feel too.  I can get behind the idea of some sentimental type of gift...but to term it a "push gift" turns it into something so trite and materialistic...damn the media.  Happy that I got to make fun of it a little! :-)

This is so lovely. Lines like this:

There are certain sounds that I love. Um, birds chirping on a clear Spring morning, the rasp of charcoal on good drawing paper, the hiss of fajitas in a cast iron skillet, and the thump of Jim Halpert’s head hitting the desk. That last one might seem a little strange, but it’s true. I love that sound because it means that something fun is about to happen.

and this:

When Jim dies of boredom, a part of me feels a different kind of jolt. A jolt that I haven’t felt with Roy for a very long time. I’m okay with it, though. It’s my secret, and no one ever needs to know about it.

This is really interesting, I just...I don't think I'm strong enough for stories this sad. haha. Is Pam the reason Jim doesn't want an operation? Oh...yeah...this story is going to make me cry.

Truly amazing ending. Loved it. I'm of the ridiculously dark mindset that Jim didn't make it (breath of fresh air, aren't I? ;) ), but he's happily united with Pam somehow/someway.

I'm sorry, I just have to comment one more time, because I've been re-reading this one part over and over again and laughing hysterically and realized I didn't even mention it in my review:

This is how Creed does what he does best now, but he wishes it were different. He wishes he still could do what he used to do how he used to do it, with the crowds and the speeches and the waving. God, he loved the crowds.
