Outstanding work, really well done. Nice job of getting them together in a realistic way. My first piece I posted has some similar themes (check it out if you like) but your is more fully realized. Great job.
Author's Response:
Thanks Brokenloon! I appreciate the feeddback so much! Especially the "realistic" part. I wish the OFFICE would realize they can get these two together and still have it be realistic. ::sigh:: I'll check out your piece!

Oh, I love you, I love this, I love so many things about this it's insane. The talking-things-out, the Jerry Springer, the kisskisskiss. When they're being idiots they make me sad, but when they get their crap together they make me ridiculously happy. Thank you for making me ridiculously happy. ;)
Author's Response: hahaha....isn't that true...they do the same for me - ridiculously happy and completely frustrated as well. So sad that a TV show has this big of an effect on us! Thanks so much for the review!

Author's Response: yay!!! So glad you liked it! I wish the OFFICE would GIVE THE PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT ALREADY!!!

I owe you a MASSIVE apology. I read everything you write - usually multiple times - and let out an embarrassing happy noise whenever I get a "LoveFool has a new story" e-mail, but I never review. So, please accept this as an apology. Your stories make me happy, and are wonderful on many levels.
Author's Response: Apology accepted!!!!!! Thanks so much for being a loyal reader, and I DO appreciate the feedback. Keep it coming! :-)

Author's Response:
Thanks so much for that impatience! That makes me smile...and write. I hope you enjoyed the rest of the story.

You can NOT leave us there! More!
Author's Response: hehehe. All us bad writers with our cliffhangers! lol It's amazing how we'll continue to torture readers that way when we hate it too!

Ooh, I love this! I cannot wait to see the rest.
The Jim/Karen scene was just...GUH. Can that happen on the show, please? PLEASE? :D
Author's Response: I WISH!!! I hope you enjoyed the rest of the story!

This story is really good! I'm loving all these post-"Cocktails" fics all you great writers are coming up with!
Favorite part so far:
“God you can’t even trash talk the right way,” Roy said laughing again. “Are you sure you made it with this guy Pam? He’s so gay.”
God, Roy would absolutely say this. SO in character.
Man, I can't WAIT to read what comes next! Adding this to favorites.
Author's Response: Yay!!! It's been favorited!!! That makes my day! Thanks so much for the feedback...Roy is such a tool, but pretty funny somtimes.

Go Jim Go. I love how he was trying to get Roy outside and away from Pam.
Author's Response: Thanks so much for the feedback! Jim-Jim-Jim <jerry springer style chant>

AAGGGHHH!!! please, please write more!!! so good.. but write more!! (forgive my incoherence, i'm sleepy and i'm that scared about what's gonna happen next.)

Oh goodness. I love Jim simultaneously wanting to diffuse the situation (ie get Pam to stay back) and to get a few punches in.
Awesome.

Wow. Jim, taking on Karen and now Roy...is it wrong that I find seeing him in fight mode incredibly sexy? You can positively smell the testosterone in this chapter. Love his version of trash talk too (hee!) How cool would it be on the show if Jim turned out to be confrontational, when Roy goes after him? Cannot wait for you to update!

OMG another great story! Update SOOO quick!

Oh snap. You do know how to write a cliff-hanger, don't you? Someone's in a lot of trouble right about now--please update soon so that I know who! Thanks for writing!

Oh, by the way, I have to say that Jim telling Karen he wasn't asking for her permission and standing so steadfastly to that made me want to go ha! with gusto, because goodness, the amount of Karen!love this fandom gives is a bit scary and a bit saddening because what if she lasts longer than we want her to?!
Anyway. Loved this chapter. There's no wimpy!Jim like a lot of people have made him but there's no superstrong!Jim, either, which is awesome, and Not a chance. How long had he wanted to do this? made me want to get up and go WOOO because - obviously, the guy's WOOworthy.
Love where this is going. Thank you, LoveFool; with every chapter my spirits are improving. I've had enough angst.

How is it that you keep getting exponentially more awesome with each new chapter? At a certain point the awesome has to hit it's peak, right?
This chapter was AMAZING. When she opened the door and Roy was there I almost screamed. And I flipping love that Jim didn't back down. This part:
Not a chance. How long had he wanted to do this?
Awesome. I haven't really read anything where Jim wants to fight Roy, but it rings very true.
Add to that the fact that the dialogue is funny and spot on, and you have yourself a heck of a lot of awesome.

Your stories are always so infectious and have such great in-character dialogue. When Jim says he wasn't asking Karen's permission...woa, zing. Can't wait to see the rest of this!

I'm really liking this a lot. I wanted a showdown with Karen; it is good to get this ball rolling. I can't wait to read more.

This is so good! I can't wait to see where you take it next!

Wow. This is really good and I'm looking forward to more! It was a bit heart-breaking when Jim cut off the phone call, but so similar to what the actual show has been putting us through! I'm so glad Jim gave in to his instincts and made the choice to go support Pam!
Thanks for this.

Wooo! There's a new over!Karen that we haven't seen! I can't wait to see what happens next :)

Wow, Jim really left her there. Good for him. Can't wait to see what happens in Scranton.

Go Jim! Stand up.... friends are okay. And if that friend happens to be Pam who you are still madly in love with and she loves you... so be it!
