You have a really good take on the "voices".
The whole discussion between Dwight and Gareth especially is great. When Gareth says "So I wouldn't intimidate the others" and explains his reasoning, I just thought, of course, that's just the kind of thing he would say. It would make no sense to most people, and no sense to Dwight, but perfect sense to Gareth!
Pam's TH is spot-on: "I haven't been able to talk to... I mean I just... I'm really glad Dawn came."

Oh wait! On the Bristish version, I'm guessing they did not have a nickname for the couple such as JAM. But if they did, would it be DIM? HAHAHA That word perfectly describes Jim and Pam currently, which I find very entertaining.
