Aww, that was so cute! And the last part made me laugh....I could see Pam and Jim joking around about naming their kid Dwight or Michael (lol). This is why we love that couple so much :).
Author's Response: Joke - yes. But the horror if they actually did it? I do believe that is the sign of the apocolpyse. Which I can't spell.

hehe.. that joke IS old! funny thing is, i know there was a series of Christian children's books about a character named Justin Case...
Author's Response: Haha, I remember it from when I was little, so it is old. And there is a character named that. Haha. Poor kid! (unless you are going to say fictional characters aren't real, but I get to disagree)

AWESOME
Author's Response: hehe! Thanks so much!

Ha! "No boy of mine is shy!" I don't know about that but the kid would definitely be adorable....and that name is just so cute and such a Jim thing to suggest
Author's Response:
I just can picture Jim reacting that way - thinking his son would not be hiding his.... maleness or something. Plus, I don't think a Jim/Pam baby would be anything BUT adorable.
I am so glad it also made sense for Jim to suggest that name... with him, it isn't out of character, thankfully.

Love it!!! I had an ultrasound with my first. They told me it was a girl and it turned out to be a boy. It's good they have a boy's name, Justin Case!
Author's Response: See, you need a backup plan. Because ultrasounds could be wrong.... :)

Oh, Kelly! I have a Sophie! I think Sophie Halpert sounds lovely.
Another cute chapter!
Author's Response:
I love the name Sophie. And I think Sophie Halpert would just be the best baby in the world. :)
Thanks for the review

This is really cute, Emily! When I was a kid, I thought "Justin Case" was the funniest thing ever. I'm enjoying these little scenes of yours :-)
Author's Response: Hehe, thanks for the review. I never though anything of Just In Case until I heard it as a name, now every time, I laugh.

hee, Justin case :) Niiiiiiiiiiice. they're such nerds haha. Love it!
Author's Response: Now, Nicole, they are not nerds. Take it back. They are DORKS. Shesh, you never learn.

Focus, Kelly! Focus!
Just a little typo - 'hear' not 'head'.
I love that Kelly is 'helping'. I'm guessing it was her own idea to 'help'.
Author's Response: Already fixed it... thanks for pointing that out. And of course Kelly just had to help out. I mean, who would want to name their daughter Sophie (which, btw... is totally on my list of great names for kids haha)

Wonderful. I snorted about 3 times on that last line. It's even worse, actually. He'll be raised by Dwight, Angela, and Mose! Awesome, and you did very well with this idea!
Author's Response: Well, if I had more words I would have thrown those in. Haha. But no child should suffer that. Thanks for the idea! I have more of them written up....

Nice! I love “Fine, what’s the perfect name this time” and the last line most of all... ;)
Author's Response: i can just imagine pam being the type to change perfect names a lot. so glad you are enjoying these!

Ha! Girl problems. Female troubles. The kinds of things that "wreak havoc on our plumbing." (/Dwight)
Good one, Emily!
Author's Response: haha. yep. those annoying things. michael should be glad he doesn't get them. haha. :P

i have to say i haven't been a huge fan of the 55 word thingys (not that I've read that many--no offense to anyone, I just always want more) but this one is great and I barely even realized it was one until a few updates ago. I love the little snippets from the coworkers and their little fluffy times together...but I still want more ;o)
Great job
Author's Response: wow, thanks. i am so glad that you are enjoying this one then. trust me, i have a ton more written and more ideas, so this will go on until i run out of names :)

Very Kelly here. Love it. :)
Author's Response: why thank you :). Kelly is fun. I am too much like Kelly. *giggles*

LOL, Emily, that's my son's name.
These little vignettes are great. I'm really enjoying this series.
Author's Response:
Hehe, it is a good name... Its on my list of good names. And see, obviously you didn't die and your son wasn't raised by Dwight. I will pass that along to Pam.
Thanks, I am having SO much fun writing it.

LOL!!! Well duh! Can't have Dwight raising your children.
Author's Response: Just think.... a normal child being raised by Dwight. I think it could be the end of the world

Oh for cute!
Author's Response: Haha, thanks!

Oh Soap Operas. They're so bad but sometimes so good.
I sent you back some more chapters :)
And I do like Christopher as a name. Good name. Lovely again missy!
Author's Response: I have barely ever watched, but yep, they are funny. And Christopher is a good name. I am slowly running out of names (yep, yesterday I was on a baby names website.... I am trying not to repeat!)

awwww... this is all too adorable!! you nail their banter.
Author's Response: So glad to hear that. I am glad it sounds like them!

Author's Response: Thanks so much!

Oh man, between "Jack Daniels" and "girl problems"...hee! What a way to end!
Author's Response:
Haha, I am so glad that these are going over as well as they are, they are just short little fun, and I love thinking of the endings to make them funny and different.
There are more though, this is still marked as complete isn't it? Oh well. I have 7-8 more already written, so yep!
Date: August 29, 2007 09:41 am Title: Michael
These continue to be very silly and sweet.
Author's Response: :D. So glad. Silly and sweet. Perfect, just what I was shooting for. :D
Date: August 29, 2007 08:43 am Title: Allison
Hey, Allison is a great name, dammit! And you even spelled it the correct way: with two L's. Heh. I get very proprietary about my name's spelling. :-)
(I didn't even know you had added more chapters to this one! Ooops!)
Author's Response: I do like the name Allison (but I am with you, two l's!). Most of the names used in this story I like... but now may be ruined by this story (ex Michael!)
Date: August 28, 2007 08:50 pm Title: Michael
Excellent. Totally and completely Michael.
Author's Response: :D. Thanks. So glad, since Michael is hard to write!
