Well, somehow I missed this piece back in the day. I'm sorry. It was lovely and very much in line with where I ended up with Karen-- she deserved better.
Author's Response: It has been so long since I thought of this story and I am so surprised to see you back. I'm thinking of revisiting this era again soon

This week's episode inspired me to come back to review. I really enjoyed your take on Karen. Great story about a classy women getting over her break-up. It's bittersweet and, in that way, very true to life. Good work!
Author's Response:
I wanted to get this story out there before GD and co decided what they thought happened with Karen. In a weird way, I sort of think it dovetailed nicely. Karen is a good person, she made some wrong decisions (but who doesn't when guys are involved), but everyone can work through them.
Thanks for the review :)

Really like this adult Karen... Not too angsty but dramatic. And October is fine for camping in the Utica area, don't worry. :D
Author's Response:
Thanks. I'm glad it seemed realistic, and not angsty. I wanted to show that she can be an adult, and not the one dimensional character that she seems to take.
And I'm glad. I haven't been camping in years, and certainly never anywhere near Utica.

Aw. la'mour. Now if only we could write stuff this good for our lives.... I love it Ms EH! So bittersweet but still hopeful end. Lovely!
Author's Response:
Dork.
That is all :)
Oh, and you rock. Because you do. Because you make this story great and then even review!
