Is it bad that I DON'T want her to come yet? That means the end of these lovely letters! ::sigh:: This has been so much fun.
Author's Response: Hmm. What makes you say "her"? LOL! You are too sweet. Next chapter (and unfortunately the end for now) is coming soon.

LOVE IT!
So perfect! It is totally Pam!
Author's Response: Thanks! I have been trying really hard for you to be able to hear her (as opposed to me). It's awesome to know that I have. :)

I don't think I have got around to saying how much I love this story. It just makes me smile and feel fuzzy everytime. It also makes me want to have a baby with Jim...wow, did I say that out loud..? Anyway, I love it and I kind of wish you weren't finishing this soon but I can't wait to see how it ends. Favourite bit:
"And I really miss your dad.
I know. Shut up. I really like him though."
Aww :)
Author's Response:
Get in line M&S - get in line. :)
I kind of wish I could keep writing it too - and who knows what S6 will bring. But for now - I think the next chapter makes the best ending for this one. I hope you'll agree. :)
Thank you so much for the review. I really do appreciate it.

This is so awesome! I can totally see jim freaking out all the time.... I can't believe there is only on more left..sigh! But it's been an awesome ride! Can't wait for the next chapter...
Author's Response: Oh thank you so much! I can't quite believe it either. I'm so glad you've enjoyed it!

=] yay. can't wait for the next chapter
Author's Response: YAY! Soon! It's already written. Just tweaking it a bit.

Beans gonna be here soon!!!!!
I need another little baby in my life, even if just a fictional one!
Author's Response:
OK. Didn't someone who looks just like you say they are overscheduling themselves with babies?
I don't want to stress you out anymore than you already are!
Date: July 01, 2009 02:52 pm Title: Chapter 9
Very cute. Poor stressed out Daddy. Nice to see Pam being the calmer one :)
Author's Response: Thanks! I know. I feel bad but someone had to be crazy! ;)

Ahhh! I'm getting so excited for this baby to be born! But not, 'cause then that means the story will be over. Oh, shoot. /Kevin
Author's Response:
I know. Catch 22. Thank you so much for the review!

Aww, I feel bad for Jim being all worried and being jumpy to see if it's time. But I believe it'll be okay when it'll arrive, Jim and Pam will be great parents. I can't wait for the next chapter! I wonder what it'll be and what it's name.
Author's Response:
Don't worry. Jim does just fine with the time comes and Pam won't be a slacker either.
Hmmm...I wonder about those things too. ;)

YOU are not doing anything to make me less excited for Sept 17th. It's like giving birth all over again. I wish I could have Pam (and Jim) hang out in the Pregnancy and Parenting thread and we could tell them both it will be ok. (But then they might find out about the fanfic archive, and that would be fun for no one.)
And yes, Jambaby will be the best thing ever. Ever. ;o)
Author's Response:
Sorry. LOL! You are killing me. Yeah...better us keeping that stuff to ourselves.
I know. I mean honestly - will there ever be anything better? I think not.

When I saw that this story had been updated, I honestly shouted, 'YES!' I love this so much, and this chapter (like every chapter) was just golden. I can't wait to read the next one. I think I may know what's coming next! :)
Author's Response:
Aww! Thank you! You are very sweet.
You think you know? Hmmm...we shall see. :)

See,now, Pam is a LOT less cranky than I was at a week past due. If one more person had asked, "So, no baby yet?" I would have killed them. Somehow, around my huge belly, I'd have done murder.
So cute, still. And Jim continues to be perfect, which is comforting. Hee.
Author's Response: Well maybe real Pam will mimic you more than my version. :) I thought about her being all cranky - but I wanted it to be sweet too. Talking about Mr Perfect seemed to make that easier. So glad you liked it.

So sweet and funny, xoxoxo. I can just picture poor, jumpy Jim :)
Author's Response:
The poor guy. You know he'll be on pins and needles.
As will we. :)

:) another great chapter
Author's Response: Thank you so much!

I truly wish I'd gone through the crazy nesting like some moms do. My house would have been the better for it, let me tell you. This story continues to be real, sincere, funny, entertaining, and joyful. It is a delight.
Author's Response:
As are your reviews. :) Thank you for making my day.
I need to nest too. My apartment cannot seem to stay clean for more than a week at a time.

I keep reading these letters over and over! I love them, you're amazing! Keep them coming!!!
Author's Response: Two more will be on their way shortly! I'm so glad that you like them! Thank you for the review.

Oh gods, I sucked as a babysitter.
Author's Response: Hee! Do your kids know that? LOL!
Date: June 22, 2009 10:46 am Title: Chapter 6
Hee! I love that he bought something as utterly ridiculous as a lawn chair. That's perfect.
Author's Response:
Hee! We have a couple at my parents for my nieces - they are so cute when they sit in them.
OK - they're just cute. :)

I'm loving this. I want to do this for my future children. You've captured Pam for sure, and I like that she has a way to voice all the insecurities and crazy thoughts that soon-to-be mommies have.
Author's Response: Thank you so much. And I never thought about it before but now I do too!! So happy you like it!
Date: June 17, 2009 06:23 pm Title: Chapter 8
There are two sentences in this chapter in which I could really hear Pam in my head:
• Wait. If you have to keep saying you're still cool does that really mean the opposite?
• OK. That is a really ridiculous plan.
Author's Response:
I am so glad to hear that! I love it when people think it's Pam and not me talking.
Sometimes even I can't tell. :)

Well you've done it again, another perfect update. I am excited for Pam to have little bean but I DON'T want this to end. Maybe she can continue to write letters after she or he arrives!!
Author's Response: LOL! Maybe. Right now I'm trying to just get Bean here so...the rest will have to wait a while. I also would really like to see what happens on the show before I start writing what happens...after. I'm weird like that. But I'm so very glad you're enjoying it so far. Thank you so much for the review!

I don't even know what to say!
This is SO Pam! It is incredible!!!!
Author's Response:
It's OK! I appreciate your saying anything at all. Thanks so much!

Aww, TYDTWD Pam returns! I saw a blue Yaris the other day and I wondered how long it would take Jim to get Pam a minivan. (Yes, that is terribly paternalistic that Jim would take over Pam's car issues, but Jim seems to go through cars like ties.)
Damn, girl, you are not making the wait for pregnant Pam and proud papa-to-be Jim any easier!
Author's Response:
That was the whole motivation for this whole chapter, Jim and Pam and a minivan. The rest of the stuff? Just late stages of pregnancy insanity. At least that's what babycenter tells me. ;)
Thanks as always for the review. :)
Date: June 16, 2009 05:20 am Title: Chapter 8
Pam, you better hope Bean isn't 15 pounds already. Because really, if she's 15 pounds already, try imagining the like 30 pound baby you'd have to deliver... eek!
Oh, and I think my car is infinitley cooler with a carseat in the back. Actually, it just makes me feel weird and grownup, but I still kind of like it! And its not a minivan... its a station wagon. Man, I'm really already a parent aren't I?
Pam, they are right. It is NOT easy. In fact, every single parent I've met tells me how much it sucks. Also tells me how much marriage sucks. So, it seems you've got a pretty good marriage part Pam, so obviously, parenthood is going to be easy. Or ya know. something. But whatever. Parenthood is impossible and no fun. But then the baby smiles and loves you and damn, its all worth it again.
(or says your name and makes your heart swell a thousand times and you just want to love and kiss her and scream with happiness.... okay, so maybe that's just because my baby is finally saying my name...)
But really Pam.... you will be totally helpless and frustrated because that's the job of new mothers. But its... it happens. I think.
Author's Response:
I have a voicemail message from my nieces on my phone and my heart literally aches when I listen to it. There is nothing, nothing, nothing in the world better than that.
If I'm like this with them I cannot imagine what I'll be like with my own kids. Insanity.
LOL! I love that you wrote this whole review like you were talking to Pam. You never cease to crack me up, Em. In a good way, I promise. :)
Date: June 15, 2009 10:51 pm Title: Chapter 8
I love how this is Pam's story, but we're still hearing about Jim, and probably more honestly than if it was Jim himself.
Poor Pam being all freaked out and nesting - I do wonder where his sexy Stamford suits/ties are now though? lol
Awesome!
Author's Response: Thank you. That's really what I'm trying to do here. We don't get much of how Pam sees Jim so I'm just taking the liberty to fill in the blanks. I'm glad you're enjoying it.
