LOVE THIS. I love the concept of this already - the pieces are there, they're just in different places - and the way everything's working out...just awesome. I loved her thought process as she typed his name in - FBI! The Paperclips! You are good.
And I loved the occasional nameslip from Creed, too, the Sam and stuff, and I love - a lot of things, actually.
However, I won't love it if Karen Filipelli existed in this universe, because I'm feeling like Pam isn't going to through quite a lot of crap now, anyway. Bah.
Can't wait for an update!
Author's Response: Thanks, your reviews are always SO nice:) As for Karen, I'm not going to lie, back when I started this story, I did plan for her to be in it... But now, after 5 months of JAM angst, there's no way I'm writing Jim/Karen in an alternate universe. I've had enough of them in the canon one;)

Ooh! I was thinking about this story recently and wondering what happened to it! I'm really glad you updated. And that Pam has tracked down Jim. And that he's accessible and not in the military in Timbuktu with no knowledge of English or whatever. I'm just generally very glad about this chapter :)

Okay, so I realize the last time this story has been updated was sometime in October, so chances are it won't be updated again. But, please, please, please (yeah, I'm begging) update.
This is sooo good, a refreshing change from all the other fics out there. Now I'm wondering, where is Jim? How would he act when he and Pam finally met? Would he feel the same, eventually? Would Creed be able to turn things back?
Gah, please don't make me beg anymore than I have to. I'm adding this story with all things that are crossable, crossed that you'll update.
