So, I watched The Hangover this weekend for the first time and the way the guys spend the day discovering what happened on their Las Vegas bender the night before made me think of this story. What a fun re-read today! ... And it still makes me smile that both of our stories had a little Groundhog Day hook to them.

I'm so glad you cut NOTHING out of this, there really is nothing you could have NOT used. That has to be, hands down your best fic you have ever written. I swear I say this whenever you write something new (I'd say stop being so awesome - but I'm greedy) but I mean it. That fic blew me away. I can't pinpoint parts I loved the most, because the whole thing was just amazing.

I loved every single word of this story, yanana. You packed so much in: humour, angst, realistic dialogue and some um, pretty nice sex.
I can't recall your exact words now, but you wrote something about Jim knowing that he was drunk because he feels like kissing Pam each time she laughs. And that he's not talking about 'normal' kissing, but instead, 'throw you down on a table and lose myself in you' type kissing...something like that. Your exact words were far better. You really did a great job describing his emotions, his desire for her in that scene, and I squeed like a total fangirl when he kissed her outside under the orange light.

This is lovely :) Poor Jim - forgetting the one thing he's been waiting years for. The story was just a great combination of sweet, awkward, and funny. Drunk Jim and Pam sounded very cute, and I kind of loved Jim's drunken declaration of love, when he was planning on taking things slow! hehe.

This is awesome, this is awesome, and this is awesome. I am constantly amazed at how you do this so well, create such a vivid image in my mind that I can actually hear them saying these words. This is magical, the whole thing. I love drunk Jim, he's just always so wordy and goofy. I loved Pam in this, so sure of it all, so confident. And, the funniest, laugh out loud thing for me, was the Dwight bobblehead taking a tour of Scranton. That was completely hilarious! Lovely, lovely little fic.

Holy shit, how did you blow this out in like one night? It's gorgeous! I love the way you move from the present, first person, to the flashbacks, third person. I love the fact that Pam apparently faked a bunch of the shots and let Jim zoom along, because that's what he needed. The way things slowly come back to him the next day is very sweet. AND great closing!
