OMG how thrilled am I to see a new Baby Talk? SO THRILLED!!!!!!! I am reminded of why I love this story so very, very much :) It isn't just that Pam and Jim and EVERYONE are so perfectly in character, it's because it's SO DAMN FUNNY and CUTE without being at all cloying! Adorable. I love baby Jill! And I love that Kelly gave her a crown. How very like Kelly. And I loved that Toby wrote the letter with all the ways that Jim could die, and that Pam found that hysterical.
In short? The chapter was awesome. Absolutely loved it.

Like a break in the clouds and the sun shining through! I could see every moment of this chapter, LoveFool! LOVE Pam falling over on the couch and Toby wishing Jim dead - so funny. And I love the continuation of Jim giving Pam the business in front of Jill - hilarious and perfect Jim. The image of baby Jill in her pink dress and slightly off-kilter tiara - ahhhh. Such sweetness! One whole year? Is it possible? Why, it seems like only yesterday she was Bobblehead Jill!

Don't know if I've ever told you this, but - in general (with some exceptions), not a big lover of baby fic. Which makes that fact that I LOVE this story all the more notable. And this chapter was the bomb - so appropriate that it's almost all told via a joint talking head. And so many delicious details - a lot of bling for a baby; Michael's karaoke baby songs; Toby's creepiness; Kelly's turning Jill into a pint size Princess Grace...how do you keep coming up with this stuff? Whatever it is, don't stop ;-)

I love that you've got cute little Jill in a tiara and pink party dress while parents dork it out in front of the camera. So cute! I'm with Jim---I'd pay some serious money to see this sold with the documentary! Anything from you is a pleasre, LoveFool...but this was just delightful!

This reminds me of Friends where they record a video for Emma's first birthday, and they have all the friends record little commentaries. Except this is very Jim/Pam, not Friends. Which right now makes it so much better.
Yes! Toby wants Jim dead!
Oh my god this chapter was perfect. it was so pam and jim and sweet and happy, and i swear, tears are coming out of my eyes it was so sweet.

Oh, no...can we expect Sofia Coppola to appear in Part III? The bit of tension in the middle of this part only makes it more delectable - love how simply Jim makes it all better at the end (him thinking how beautiful she is in the morning? Awww.) And soothing teething Jill? And teaching her to type? Makes me want to leap ahead a couple of seasons so they can reproduce, stat! Also - the Dwight warm blanket thing was surprisingly touching (like the show) and you nailed the Michael-ness of Michael. So satisfying....

That little bit of angst in the middle is perfect! Poor Pam! She's got a lot going on and it wouldn't be real if she didn't lose it a little. I love how you've written Michael in this story, too.

So great. Once Jim and Pam are married and having a little one (season six or so?) they should just let you write the show. The way you can not only do brilliant Jim-Pam banter but can throw in seemingly virtually every other character perfectly is almost unfair. For some reason my favorite line was "I've got an entire beet farm."

Yay! This was just so good! Seriously, whenever I see that you update, I get all excited! My favorite line had to be: "Yes - a dead baby in a drawer dream." That line just had me rolling. I've always been very impressed at how funny you are. And you'll always have a fan in me. Also! We updated on the same day! Great minds think alike, right. We're kinda like that famous picture of those two masks were one's happy and one's sad. You're like the happy mask because you write very funny stuff, and I'm like the sad mask because. . .well . .
