I heard "Girlfriend" twice today, and kept hoping that Jim wouldn't got read the lyrics! This chapter really moved things along nicely. Loved how Squirrel baited Pam with the "I'm Jim" thing to gauge her reaction.

Oh this is such a great story. I'm just all giddy for Jim and Pam. I wish the show would go down exactly like this. I can't wait for the next chapter when she has to ask Jim his favorite color. Ten out of ten idiots agree: This latest chapter was great. I'm sure you don't really need all that much encouragement when you continue to write flawless chapters. I love the out of the ordinary dialog, too. It pays to mix it up, I believe.

I gotta say. I think this is the weakest chapter of the story, although necessary. I completely understand the reasoning for it, but the entire time I was waiting for him to just blurt out that "I'm jim! and I'm sorry for doing this" (although that probably would have been pretty cliche).

I'm so glad Jim's out of crazyKaren's clutches now, but ugh she sure left me wanting to go after her myself after what she said to Jim. Not that I can blame her in a way, but wow. That whole Jim/Pam conversation was great! And I think I awwed when Squirrely and WD exchanged hugs. My eyes widened when Jim told Pam who he could be, and I'm curious to see her reaction after she does find out who she is talking to. Can't wait to see what happes when she asks Jim about his favorite color. Thanks!

I love that Jim called her on not wanting to be in his shoes. I love that Jim called SaintSimon an idiot (even if only in his head). I love that he is making Pam see that she needs to make a move. In short (or not so short) I love it!
