Okay, that made me feel a little squeeby, but I like that once in a while. :) I really enjoy little glimpses of Dwight not being a complete freak, but then I liked to be snapped back into reality. Good job!

Author's Response: Thanks! :) I loved human Dwight from the Injury - but then he isn\'t Dwight, so that\'s no fun.

Great job! Loving every bit of it. Please keep going - I'll just sit here at the computer and wait. :)

Author's Response: Please make sure you get some sleep while you're sitting there. It'll probably be a day or two before February is ready. :)

“Please tell me I’m not too late. Tell me you don't want her now instead.” She sighs as she whispers against his lips. “Please tell me there’s still time. Because…”

Tentatively, ever so slowly she touches her mouth to his. “…because I’m not afraid anymore.”

Gah! I'm dying over here. Ditto what everyone else said. I'm too gripped to think of anything original. :)

Author's Response: Don't worry. I'll gladly take your "ditto". :)

"Rule one, despite my ‘adorableness’ you will not turn into a squealing teenager."

Major cuteness!

God, did I just type that? I think I've seriously violated Rule 3. :)

This is still great! Can't imagine it being anything but.

Author's Response: LOL! Now I'm an even bigger dork - because - yes...yes you are violating Rule 3!!! Cease and desist immediately. :) ...but you are still OK with Rule 1. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

I'm happy and sad all at the same time. They're finally together! But this fic is over. :(

"She fists his sweater in her hand and nestles in. She loves how he smells, spicy and clean. She smiles, knowing he's ruined her. Now, she can't ever do laundry without wanting to ravish him right after. He's caught on to that fact and begins to look forward to Saturday mornings."

Very nice touch! Please start something else soon. :)

Author's Response:

I'm telling you he's ruined me too.  I will never look at fabric softener the same way again.

And psst.  I already have. :)

The Waiting by Par5 Rated: M [Reviews - 65] 71
Summary: After Jim has an accident, it's Pam's turn to wait for him.

This was inspired by my feeling that Jim has suffered for too long because of his love for Pam and she deserves to suffer over him as well! The idea popped into my head a few days ago and now owns me...

What a beautiful bow to put on top of this story! Jim and Pam's vows were very sweet. I'm also sad it's over! :)

Author's Response:

Well, the story ends but the journey begins! In any case, thanks for all your reviews along the way!

Great to come back to a new chapter after having trouble with the site for a day or so! I was suffering some severe Jam withdrawal.

"If I didn't know any better, I'd swear that the tall paper salesman is in love with the cute receptionist." Jim's voice was barely above a whisper as he pulled Pam in to place his lips softly on her neck.

Squee, swoon, gah, the whole nine!

Author's Response: I know how you feel! I'm lost when the site isn't working. Thanks for your feedback!

I. Have. No. Words. Except may wow! And yay! I was on pins and needles for the "wake-up" scene and wondering how you'd do it. It's beautiful. As usual, can't wait for more!

Author's Response: Thanks! I'm glad to have him awake too. Now on to some fun!

Yay! He's stirring! :) This is so well done. I love the way you're developing Pam into an independent, self-aware person. If you really need that support group, I'm here to talk it out. :)

Author's Response: Maybe I just love Jim so much I don't think Pam's worthy until she makes a few changes! It's something I'll have to work out in the support group... Thanks for your words of encouragement.

After the Fall by girl7 Rated: MA [Reviews - 113] 80

OMG! This is so heartbreaking, but so great!

"She blinked several times, hoping the tears wouldn’t fall, then shaking her head when they finally did, pulling back when Jim reached a hand out to touch her cheek. Oh, the look on his face when she’d done that, when she’d shrunk away from his touch even though it was the last thing she wanted to do…." For some reason this part just really undid me. Loved the interaction with Phyllis. She's a fave. Please keep going!

Author's Response: Thank you so much! I have to admit, I'm not liking this story as much as my other one, because I'm forcing myself to be more short and to the point in this one (I get the sense from the lack of response to the other one that people were turned off by the length of it), but.... I'm glad to hear that you like it! :o) I've added chapter two, will likely add a few more over the course of the day....

Loved this - the description, the dialogue, the supporting characters, all great! I especially liked the part about Jim's bed -- exactly the same as the hideous guest bed at my in-laws' house! Have you done any "House" fic?

Author's Response: Thank you. yes..I have 2 House fics..Wednesday Night and Who's Your Cuddy? Both on Fanfic.net.

Just got back from a semi-crappy trip during which I've been severly jonesing for a little Jam and what do I find? A new fix! Yay!

"He slammed the emergency stop button and dropped his bag to the floor.  He gripped her elbows and backed her against the wall.  Even as he did, he didn’t know why he was even bothering.  He was trying once more because it was clear that this would be his very last chance."

Sexy/angry Jim! The best!

Author's Response:

Most of the time when I write the scenes play out in my head and that one?    Very few have me aching to see them onscreen but that is something I am DYING to see them act out.

SIGH.

Glad I could make your day better!!

Love this chapter. Very good job of bringing out the "human" side of Jan. We're seeing a little of her true personality on the show, but it's fun to speculate on what her real personal style is. Loving it!

Author's Response:

I'm glad.  I can definitely relate to so much about what we've seen of Jan.  Not to turn this into a therapy session...but I've totally been there.

Well.  Not with anyone as asinine as Michael - but close.  LOL!

Wow, she's really torturing our boy! :) Seriously though, I love where you're taking Pam in this - revealing her desire to be her own person so she can be an equal to Jim. She's going to throw him a bone soon though, right?

Author's Response:

I know!  The poor guy!!  I think that she definitely needs to do that.  She's so stuck in a rut that I think it needs to happen.

And yes...she will. :)

Chiming in late and with nothing original to say. Great chapter! I also really liked the "this is why" part. Made me tear up. I don't know what's happening to me. I normally just hate sentimentality. These two characters are ruining me!! :)

Author's Response:

I'm sorry I've ruined you.  But I'm glad I have company in the sentimentality department. :)  Thanks so much!

Loved this chapter! A little bit angry/fed-up Jim, then sweet, playful Jim. Perfection!

Author's Response: I myself think of that as the perfect combination.  LOL!  Glad you agree!

Gah! What a fabulous ending! Says soooo much without saying much at all, if that makes sense. You've managed to make Jim even more perfect here. Sad to see this one end, but I loved every bit of it!

Author's Response: Aw!  Thanks.  I know.  He's just....sigh.  I can't take it.  I'm so glad you liked it!
