Oh, this is heartbreaking! It is hard to pick Roy as Jim's brother, but I like how it puts Jim and Pam into a different scenario than they'd have otherwise.
Author's Response: I reread and rewrote that chapter so many times I\'m glad that in the end it had some emotion, especially heartbreaking emotion (I live for that). We\'ll eventually get into the brother dynamic between the two, and hopefully it won\'t seem too contrived. Thanks so much for reading!

10 Oh this is a great way to wrap up this series! I love that Pam is queasy in a fanfic, but she isn't actually pregnant :) Love the quiet calm of her first day/night at home and how ordinary their life seems.
Sorry we will be losing you to grad school, but I hope that season 5 inspires you to procrastinate with some more of your awesome fanfic!

I really love Pam and Mark's interaction. It's always nice to get a third-party's view on a relationship.
And I really love the phone convo between Jim and Pam. I like Pam getting giddy over Jim's mention of kids (which could be interpreted into the royal "our" - i.e. his and hers - but we, of course, know that's not really what he meant), but not saying anything. I'm just really enjoying this piece.
Jim Halpert is a high school English teacher starting a new life at a new school in a new town.
10 DFW's writing style has not been one that appeals to me (I couldn't get through Brief Interviews for my JK book club last year), but I have really enjoyed your fic. I really loved this epilogue and the multimedia with it. Really great work!
