Also, I have to say, I totally disagree with the reviewer who didn't buy Jim reading Harry Potter or watching the Princess Bride. I can totally see him reading HP secretly, as a guilty pleasure.

But most of all I definitely see him being a Princess Bride fan! It's not a chick flick by any stretch of the imagination. And Jim isn't most young men anyway. I don't see him loving mindless action movies, just like he doesn't seem to be into mainstream music.

Loved this. So many people go overboard when they write Kelly, but you got her down perfectly. And Jim and Pam flipping a coin to see who does the dirty work? Priceless. And Jim smiling even when Kelly's sqeaking is so fitting and so Jim. Nice.

I've always liked the idea of them having it out in order to move on together, but I've never seen it executed so well. This is wonderful. The fight was just enough sadness and anger, and then the tension was eased perfectly with the joke about her new pair of balls (great one!), like exhaling after holding your breath for a long time.

Oh my god, you did an amazing job of putting the reader in Pam's shoes in this chapter. Her conversation with Karen was absolutely perfect. Reading that I felt... stifled. Like I wanted to throw up. I completely felt Pam's discomfort and sadness. Wonderful. I haven't been this excited for an update in a long, long time. I can't wait for the next chapter!

I didn't want it to be too over the top.  I wanted Karen to spill details that would hit Pam where she lives - so to speak - without making her relationship w/Jim seem ultra-serious.  I hope that's how it came across.
