Have you ever seen that movie When a Man Loves a Woman with Meg Ryan and Andy Garcia? Well - it's pretty depressing but there's this scene at the very beginning where she picks him up in a bar like this. Of course - it involved hard liquor and not Ginger Ale but...you know. :)
I've always loved that scene - but I think I love this one more. :)
These are meaningless, short and simple ways for me to pass the time. Most of these have been sitting on the hard drive I've been cleaning out for the past couple of weeks (slowly but surely). Just pregnant Pam and baby fluff. They were all labeled "babytimes01.txt" on my computer, hence the name. Just vignettes, not necessarily chapters in order, and the rating is caution for later. Spoilers for the Delivery in the last chapter.I have to tell you - I've enjoyed these last two chapters more than the rest of the story altogether. The phrases you've turned here and the whole tone of these last two is just lovely. I know you started this as a few little bits and pieces but I'd love it if you'd continue more along these lines. You've painted quite a pretty picture here.

Jim and Pam are faced with the uncertainty of a future at Dunder-Mifflin. This is about the problems this might occur for our favorite newlyweds under these circumstances. Well done you! This might be my favoritest story you've ever written. And I love BabyTalk to pieces so that's saying something.
This was really, really, really great. The last chapter in particular might be the best thing I've read by you - and again - that's saying something.

Set between S2 and S3 - fallout from Casino Night.This was simply lovely. It explains what went on in a realistic and heartbreaking way. I'm so glad to see something new posted by someone new so thank you for that. It is also quite a feat to make every person sound in character and you did that here with flying colors.

Much more seriously - Oh how I've missed your way with words - the way you put me right there in the midst of the little Jim and Pam centric world you create. It's almost as if I can smell the snow and my toes are frozen standing to the side - watching the two of them together.
