I loved this line because it seemed so real, and not an observation I ever remember reading in fanfic: Pam turns in his arms to face him, loving the feel of his skin brushing against hers.

10 I know you already know this, since I betaed and all, but I love this story! The more times I read it, the more times I notice the subtle details weaved in to make up the whole tapestry of the story. It's a beautiful workof fiction. So true to the characters voices. Definitely one of my all-time favorites.

And oh man, in Michael's section with the "America's Funniest Home Videos" where the little kid asks his mom to kiss his butt, I totally remember seeing that one when I was like, 10 years old and thinking it was hilarious! lol.
I loved that you saved Jim and Pam for last, that they both did the same thing when getting messages from each other- looked at it once, put it down, and then read it again. And I'm a little confused, though- at first, I thought Jim had actually texted Pam first, she answered him as Karen pulled into the driveway, and then he replied to her as he was walking out the door. But when I noticed that in Pam's section, it was 1 AM when she got Jim's message, so did Pam text him first, and then he didn't finish texting her until after the concert?
Also, despite the awesomeness of this story, I did notice that there are some dropped words, or extra words in some places that make some sentences confusing.

Thanks! I really do need to find someone to read these before I put them up -- it's a cliche but it's true that it's really hard to edit your own work.
As for the chronology of the texts, yeah, it was that Pam texted him first, saying she had a new prank, and Jim didn't respond until they were leaving the concert.

10 I reviewed it where it was posted up at LJ too, because MTT was down for a while, and someone linked the LJ link at TWoP... but anyway, I just wanted to say again that this story is so beautiful. I love the first-person POV from Jim's POV- I think that makes it even more intense and real. It feels like the truest of love by the end of the story, and I love seeing Pam through Jim's eyes. The last line, even though it's so simple, when coming at the end of the rest of the story is really powerful and it brought tears to my eyes.

This is a Pam POV, done through a mix CD she has made for herself. I started last December and have just finished writing out the next few chapters. It will be five chapters in all and I promise a happy ending.
