Although this was written long ago, I just want to stop this myth that Karen is hotter than Pam.
1. She really isn't prettier than Pam.
2. In attractiveness I also include body.
Karen is flat and skinny. Pam is curvy. She is in NO way fat, but she has great curves.
3. I don't know what kind of guy would prefer Karen AT ALL.
4. Pam has the better personality (funnier, nicer, etc.)
So all in all, thats a pretty bad assessment of the situation.
Pam: pretty, great body, great personality
Karen: pretty, ok body, but not curvy AT ALL, abrasive

Summary:

I decided to write a sequel to Charcoal & Watercolors !!!!

The story picks up right about where Charcoal & Watercolors left off -- Jim and Pam's wedding. Then goes from there into their future. Jim still works at the advertising company and Pam works (exclusively) at a publishing company where she is an illustrator of children's stories.

I added a few more characters ;) and am planning on keeping almost all of the characters from the previous story.

i know you haven't been posting on this story in years. but if you are still on this site PLEASE post the rest of it. its one of my favorite stories period. Even if there isnt another series after this one, i dont really care. i just want to see how this story ends up. PLEASE post the rest of it. I LOVEd it and would hate it to end suddenly without at least a proper ending. PLEASE. thanks, and congratulations on writing such an excellent story.

Summary: One of them is going to have to make a huge sacrifice, and possibly resent the other. That’s the only scenario she can stomach, because the other scenario is that she stays in Scranton and Jim stays in Philadelphia, and even thinking of that makes her stomach lurch.
