Oof. Passing her former place of work every day on her commute. Thinking of what could have been. Make me so sad. Because I know what it could have been.

Remind me of what Jenna said about Jim and Pam are not soulmates but their path to their soulmates. Like a spin from what she said. Pam thought she was where she meant to be but nope.

How Roy was rehired back in the warehouse I will never know. He was a crappy fiance to Pam in canon I am not surprised he’s a crappy dad too. Oh Rian... That breaks my heart too. I can imagine his little voice (“mommy, where’s daddy?”)

I am so glad Pam join in some art classes! Even though she have to keep it a secret from Roy. I get it.

Oh no! Roy is… ergh. Yay Pam! Divorced him for good.

I can’t believe they have joint custody! Roy is a neglectful dad. But I guess that how it is sometimes. At least she have some days off parenting, maybe more time to do her art.

I am so proud of Pam Beesly for going out and getting her art degree! And have a job that got something to do with art even if it's not her first choice (painting and sketching are definitely her first choices).

I like how real you made this fic. Like how tough it was being a woman back then, marriage and PSTD at the time. Most of the Halperts & in laws are so rude to Pamela (and James by extension). Loving this story so far!

The head housekeeper is Phyllis! I suspected it because of Lapin.
In despite of the unconventional circumstances of their marriage I would say they are in love. Because Jam are soulmates and in any world they belong together.
Betsy Halpert is quite rude to Pam. But back then the country was truly divided in half. She sees her as an enemy. Plus her son was supposed to marry someone else but came with another. So it’s possible she is assuming there was something improper happened.
Gr?goire seems like quite a character! Who is he based on?
I like how James is absolutely completely continuously in awe of Pam. In awe of her since first sight.
