10 All of these are perfect, tiny pictures of normal domesticity. This is love in daily life, and you have it down pat. Now, having said that, I can feel free to squee at #5, for Jim as a Daddy, and Jim loving Pam, and JAM babies, and especially for naming her Lucy, which for some reason is the name I always like for the JAM daughter in my stories as well.
So poignant, and so much more sensitive than our on-screen Kelly has ever been. I like it very, very much. My favorite throw-away detail is that she thinks of her mother as "styling" her, as opposed to dressing her. That's hilarious and spot-on.

10 Oooh, you make me miss Holly SO MUCH. I sort of forgot that they were the actual plot of this episode (hmmm, wonder why?).
10 You know them all so well. I love the parallel structure you use, and you keep the level of detail exactly right. They all have depths, and we are lucky viewers for it, and lucky readers because you understand it.
Gorgeous. Because he did buy a house without discussing it with her, and they needed to talk that through- but I believe that deep down, Jim knew he could do that because he KNOWS Pam and that she would love it. Sweet, funny, sexy, and exactly in-character. Brilliant!

Pam is so great. Funny and kind in equal measure, and those two things do not always co-exist. You capture her spirit here, the empathetic concern that causes that little crease between her eyes sometimes. Love this (no surprise, because you rock).
I completely agree. I think she's the bee's knees myself. :) I'm so happy you can imagine the way she looks here - because that's exactly how I see her myself.
Of course, that's probably because you rock yourself. :)
They are the best team. This is so cozy, so perfect. I think we have missed seeing these sorts of moments between them.
I love the structure here, how all of their lives are playing out simultaneously as they've gone their separate ways after work. There is an emotional continuity throughout, about doubt and regret, that oddly fits really well with the backdrop of Christmas. Auld Land Syne, maybe. Anyway, I very much enjoyed this chapter, thank you!
Knowing how to deliver a breech position calf is not only more useful than a trust fund, it's also more romantic.
I love a lot of things about this- the tone, the pacing, the ending, but that line? That line is utterly brilliant. Totally nonsensical and yet wholly, fully Dwight. I fully expect to giggle about it at random moments for the next several days. Brava!
Oh, I love it. I looove it! I love Kelly and her loneliness and her awesome party. And I especially love that it was douchebag Ryan's idea for hr to screw them (Jim) over, because that is so something Ryan would do. This is really fun and really fabulous.
Michael and Holly for the win! We tend to think of Jim as smarter than Michael (at least I do), but Michael gave Jim horrible advice that turned out to be exactly the right advice for his situation, while Jim gave Michael good advice that wasn't at all the right thing. Michael should have swept Holly off her feet, and her movie career be damned! Um...or something. Hee. Another great effort, yay!
I love them finding the artifacts of one another, reinforcing that their lives are already intertwined despite the perils of long-distance relationships. This is gentle and soft and full of their love and longing for each other.
I like that they are lonely without each other. I think subsequent events proved that to be true. And yep, Roy was pretty cool. Another excellent entry in the series!
Long-distance isn't easy, but it is better than the nothing that Michael and Holly ended up with. I like the wistfulness throughout this piece.
Everyone carries around secret, shaping pain. I love how you take Michael's pedestrian, shallow "comedy" and use it to explore the real truths of our characters. Gorgeous prose, delicate content. Another amazing entry in the series.
It was better to know she lost to something real.
That seems true to Karen's character. I like this glipse of the "rest of the story" (and I'm very glad Karen is having her own happy-ever-after).
The best part is that home isn't Scranton, or even their appartment. Home is that spot, curled up with your head on his shoulder and his arm wrapped around you just so. These two fit together just like that. Lovely as usual.

Very cute, light tone for something that is essentially serious- her confession about how much he has meant to her all along.
Very skillful use of time-shifting to slowly illuminate your main point. They are perfectly matched and exactly where they need to be. Love it. A wonderful Valentine to JAM fans!
Oh, the nicely drawn parallel of them both worrying. How beautiful that by now, that's the worse thing we have to worry about. There is a really soft, gentle tone throughout this that is really lovely. Great job contributing to a great project!

10 You are really, really good at this, you know? Gorgeous. Lyrical, even. You convey the hush of the empty office, the loneliness of it, just beautifully, and it is such a great contrast to the cozy feeling of the scenes with Pam. And your Jim voice is so spot-on, which for some reason I think is hard to capture. Lovely, lovely, lovely.

Yay! I love this sentiment, and I love the sentence, too.I love that Pam didn't quit, she decided. It's a huge difference. Pam had learned from her time with Roy, and her time with Jim, and what she learned is that you have to move forward to make yourself happy. What else is there? This is lovely, simply lovely.
