I was very glad to see Jim grew his balls back. I was a bit worried for a second.
Jim> Okay, but I'm going to love you tomorrow, too.
This made my heart happy. Once again, Moxie, you knocked it out of the park! Most excellent.

I've now regained some of my speech/writing ability, so I just have to say, I can totally see Jim walking into work with a black eye (thank you, Pam) and grinning like an idiot all day and just thinking over and over again, "She loves me. She just kicked my ass, but she loves me."
LOVE.

THUD. *Paramedics begin CPR on Starshine, successfully reviving her. she sits up and giggles like a mad... squirrel*

finally a little bit of a sigh. great chapter moxie, can't wait to see how it all plays out.

Thanks for updating this! It was well worth the wait. I sort of thought that Vexin was in on Jim's secret. I'm just glad that things are out in the open again. Now, how long will it take Pam to truly forgive Jim and give him a chance?

So I've been reading this for a whiel but I just registered so now I can leave a review. I LOVE THIS STORY. Poor Jim for thinking he could get away with it! .. sort of.
But I really thought the way it played out after the reveal was excellent. Not silly or ridiculous, and completely real reactions. Fantastic and also I love that Pam had Dwight try and find Matt. :) Bravo!

That went way better than I'd expected/hoped! I love that Pam's understandably mad, but not absolutely furious and unwilling to hear his side. Honestly, how could she stay mad with him telling her he did it because he loves her? She'll be putty in his hands after breakfast. Awwww!

I enjoyed seeing how that little 'cliffhanger' really tied out there. Your Jim is so open and loving and just effuses with love for Pam. It's amazing. And Pam -- suspicious, hurt, amused, mad, I love her in this chapter. I really feel that, even though this story is Jim-central, you've really latched onto her and given us a sense of her perspective without changing from Jim's viewpoint. I love that Pam is afraid to believe what Jim's feelings really are, and then doesn't know what to do once she finally has what she's been looking for!!
I also enjoy how you're able to balance the flow of the conversation in the IRC chat with Jim & Pam's private convos. It's completely realistic to how it would go. Question: is there actually a #love_stinks channel?
Also... you definitely win points for having Dwight do the background check on Matt ... LOL. I could definitely see that happening.

Moxie, I love this story for a few reasons.
1. You are an amazing writer. Not every office 'flan' can write stories with such great dialogue and descriptions. You really have a talent for this. :)
2. The story is great! It's unique and most of all, entertaining. Whenever you write about the other characters, you really capture their personalities. Everything with Michael and Dwight (as little as they are in the story) had me laughing out loud. I would love to see you write a regular 'episode' of the office. I'm sure it would be hilarious. :)
3. The chat sequences remind me of the chat at the nbc message board where I spend most of my nights now. The story really hits home and I can relate each character to someone I know in my chatroom. You've really nailed it. :)
Thanks for reading this compliment, and I can't wait to read the rest. :)

*giggles and claps*
HEEEE!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, this makes me so happy!! I'm been dreadfully sick, so this is just what I needed to feel better.
*dances*
I'm so excited about this fic, can you tell?
Sorry that I'm not being more constructive in my reviews, but I'm totally smitten here.
And Pam needs to kick his ass five ways from Sunday. It really would be the best thing ever if she drop kicked his ass in the parking lot. And I LOVE that Pam and Dwight have an "understanding". FABULOUS.
*HUG*
Thanks so much.
cheers.

I love this:
" We can get some coffee and french toast, and then you can kick my ass in the parking lot afterwards, if you still want."
Oh hell, I love the whole thing. Wonderful chapter, Moxie, and we know that once they get face to face, and he gives her that famous "forgive me" Halpert face, that all will be forgiven.

Awesome as always Moxie. You have a real talent for writing sweet and genuine conversations between Jim and Pam. Jim's heartfelt explanation and confession that he still loved her made me really happy. I cant wait for an update! This is seriously much more fun to read than Harry Potter.

This:
Pam> Do you really think there could be another person on this planet who'd play Miss Congeniality Quotes with me like that?
Jim> Oh, come on - there has to be millions of people like that out there.
Pam> Oh yeah, I'm tripping over them all the time.
is just such a loverly way of pointing out how perfect for each other they are. I love this story so much!

Hooray for Brave New Squirrel! I love it. This exhange just rocks so hard:
Jim> She didn't want people to think I'd left her for you.
Pam> Why would they?
Jim> Because I did.
Gah!! I have officially died.

I am SO in love with this story and this was so worth the freaking wait! lol. This is just everything I want in a story and I can't wait for the next chapter! Thank you SO much for getting my weekend off to a fabulous start!

Woo-hoo!!! I'm so glad you had Pam explain when/how she figured it out. (She even used Dwight!!!) I was really curious to find that out. And she didn't realize after all this that he was still in love with her!!! Her not figuring out the whole "Karen seeing them together" Oh, Pam. I loved when Jim told her he loved her and would love her tomorrow. Absolutely wonderful. I hope she goes to breakfast (although I am guessing from your TWoP post, she will). Can not wait for more!
