Comments: Sadly this is not complete. But it's really good. I love the Jim Pam talk in the diner. That was perfect. Spot on! The Jim Karen stuff was a little over done for me. I honestly feel that he didn't love Karen. He just had way too much baggage. Seeing how upset he was after Phyllis wedding and then the negotiation I wont believe he was able find love for Karen. He was broken and lost and karen was just someone to lead him and hide behind. He unintentionally used her. He didn't, he couldn't, love her. Also if he did feel love for Karen I really don't think he could possibly have purchased an engagement ring for Pam a week after he dumped Karen, I think that right there definitely proves my point. But not only that, I think Karen was way too unsure, way too insecure even in the last few episodes of season three. I think if he had ever told her that he loved her she would've been a lot more confident and it would've shown. I think by the last few episodes he had finally gotten to the point where he was actually ready to give it a fair shot and make it work with Karen though, and I think that's what he was actually ready to move on to New York City with her. He was just too resigned and fed up with all the Pam drama and I think that's why it took him a week to come around after beach games. That, and he was just unsure about what she meant.
